Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Amazing team of therapists with great experience and dedication to those they serve!
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the services my child received at the Searcy location. My child is nonverbal and autistic, and I observed several concerning behaviors from the staff during our time there. The occupational therapist would often become visibly frustrated with my child, particularly when she was unaware that I was in the next room observing. This was troubling, as it suggested a lack of patience and understanding of my child’s needs. The physical therapist also failed to follow my child’s interests, consistently trying to redirect him to activities he clearly wasn’t interested in, rather than allowing him to engage with items that motivated and comforted him. Additionally, the ABA therapist was not welcoming or approachable. She did not incorporate any of my input into her reports, rarely acknowledged us, and created an environment that felt uninviting and dismissive. Throughout our experience, I also felt an overwhelming pressure from the team to enroll my child in ABA services—as if this was the only path to success. This narrow view was concerning and did not reflect a child-centered or collaborative approach to care. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy, flexibility, and communication from the therapists. I expected a more inclusive and respectful environment for both my child and myself.
Held my referral for months before calling to tell me that they won't provide in home therapy. The absolute disregard and lack of care they showed by telling me they have to wait for a therapist to have an opening and that we are on a wait list. Nope, not the case. Completely lied to me. the director calls and says they won't work with my child without ever fulfilling a single appt. Trash company.
The speech therapist and occupational therapist are amazing, however the communication between physical therapist and parents is lacking to say the least. It takes speaking with the managers of the facility to get anything communicated properly. I do love the communication between speech and occupational though, and how they get on the same page as the parents.
The therapists at reach have been amazing, bringing my child here has been a game changer! After years of therapy, we started here a month ago and he is actually trying to speak for the first time! They are so knowledgeable and patient, and they make therapy fun for him!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
