Everything was great besides having to go upstairs for meetings with no elevators for people with wheelchairs or walkers

Miscommunication for loved ones is a definable detriment. Staff are nice however due to interfacing with ovr the multiple players can pit one person against another. I’m thankful that they have gotten my brother some work. Just do homework here. The classroom branch may be better structured than the work experience end. Sad ending brother had accident absolutely no empathy from Chris the job coach in fact very rude Chris had no empathy or respect for a disabled individual. Additional information don’t use them bad people Good day I represent Donald as I am his brother. I don’t need to hide behind e mail. I have a strong personality and I don’t lie. My brother is very intelligent and we have had a hard time. Donald had worked with Linsey spack as well as heather picola Wilkes barre and hazleton offices. You also employ a Margret McKenna who is a fact finder and hides behind e mail. I deal with Donald who is disabled and wants to work. Donald would need a sit down job. Your programs leave much to be desired on people and treatment of disabled people families thereof. Donald interviewed for a church in hazleton through vendor reaching beyond limits. During that time I accompanied him to the interview. Reaching beyond limits said he got the job. Yet then it fell through the cracks. Spack shot her mouth against my being with Donald and lied about what transpired and she was not even there. Donald was then assigned to picola and in conjunction with rbl he was assigned to the hazleton art league. About 95 percent of that program was completed and unfortunately Donald had a car accident. Upon getting another car we tried to go back to the art league and was told to call Ann Higgins who was at reaxhjng beyond limits. Higgins said Donald couldn’t go back to the art league as he wasn’t doing the job. Yet the job was a curator of the art league. Picola came into the picture making verbal statements my brother was “told old” she then sends a generic letter saying Donald would be assigned to an overtime counselor which is total bs. I literally spoke to someone from a Harrisburg office. The person attempted to conduct and interview and again illuded to age. I had hung up. In summary you need to clean up your people this is wrong on multiple levels. It’s shameful for anyone to be treated like this. No drama address the people Kindest regards

I have great and awesome staff Ryan and Brandon and Grace and Mike and Marc these people are great when I needed staff I had another company that I wasn’t happy with until I found RBL Scott was big help finding me staff that I would love I turned from negative behavior to positive behavior and attitude I was never let down I’m glad for RBL being there for me the staff is amazing when I come to see everyone I’m sad that they lost to great young men

Ever since my cousin began attending RBL he has been treated with respect and kindness. He loves going everyday and learns so much while having fun. RBL is amazing!

RBL is an amazing place! My special needs brother has attended 5 days a week for the last 6+ years and loves it there! The staff are actually more like family and friends. They truly care about the well being of the very special individuals in their care. Whenever my brother is having a tough time or needs some sort of additional support, the staff have always been more than willing to hop on a call and collaborate with all of my brother’s team (family, doctors, etc) to ensure everyone is on the same page, taking consistent approaches and doing everything possible to ensure my brother is happy and thriving both at RBL and literally, beyond. As a family member of a client in their direct care, and someone who admittedly has exceptionally high expectations of people and their businesses - I feel so good knowing my brother is in caring, confident and helpful hands day in and day out. I can honestly say my brother, like anyone but especially including other clients like him, have some bad days, but RBL is always there for them. It’s a constant for these individuals - which is so important! RBL is an exceptional place for individuals with special needs and their families!

I have a brother who attends RBL 5 days a week and if he was able to go more, trust me he would. I’ve met most of the people there in person when I’ve gone and they all are nice people who are respectful. I believe RBL set up a great atmosphere for the kids. They care for the kids not just because but because it’s a passion and they are just simply good people.

RBL is the best. Our son is a participant there. Staff is amazing! We have first hand interaction with them if any concerns arise. As a parent of a special needs adult, that means the world. Our son loves going there, and that says everything! Thanks RBL for being there for our son and family! ❤️
