As parents, choosing an ABA center for our son was a difficult and emotional decision, but this team has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the start, they took the time to understand our son’s unique strengths and needs and worked closely with us to set meaningful goals. We were consistently included in the process and kept informed of his progress, which helped us feel confident and supported as parents. Most importantly, we have seen significant growth in our son. He has made meaningful gains in communication, independence, and behavior, and those improvements have carried over into our home and daily life. His confidence has grown, and he is better able to express himself and navigate everyday situations. These changes have made a real difference not just for him, but for our entire family. The staff are patient, dedicated, and genuinely invested in our son’s success. They treat him with respect and care, and over time they have become like part of our family. We are incredibly grateful for the progress our son has made and for the consistency, professionalism, and compassion this team shows every day. We highly recommend this ABA center to any family seeking effective, family-centered care.

The ladies here are absolutely amazing! My grandson has made so much progress and they really feel like family.

No Stars in my opinion but unfortunately it wouldn't let you move forward without rating to submit a review but please don't bother calling this facility they don't bother calling you back at all, they will never return your call. I have been calling this place for almost 2 months & they always say they will call back once they call insurance to verify behavioral benefits & that it will take about 3 months which is ridiculous because all it takes is a phone call away or submitting on the website portal and usually doesn't take long for a fax response from the insurance company. I called 2 days ago to get status and the person who answered stated she was going to notify her lead person so they can call me back the next day since I also informed her that I called almost 2 months ago with status and that she remembered me but that she was going to look for the faxes which were sent to their office almost 2 months ago and that she will notify her lead person to call me the next day.. did she ever call me the next day?? of course not waited 2 days and nothing, so today 7-10-25 i called the office and spoke to the same person and she said that her lead person was not in the office and she was going to transfer me to the manager well I was transferred to SONIA and all I heard were excuses, no apologies, she stated they never got a referral which I know they did from my pcp office then she stated there was no diagnosis on the referral, and I know for a fact there was because I myself received a copy from the pcp sent with the fax confirmations, then she stated they can't treat my children because there is no autism diagnosis and that was never mentioned in the beginning on top of that she said "you will have to be cash pay and its very very expensive" and I told her that the money wasn't the issue i also told her either way any client they take have to go through an evaluation to determine if they're the fit candidate for the client to be treated at there office or not. I told her either way it didn't kill you to call me to let me know but again your office wants to be so unprofessional and ignore my calls which I have been very nice until as of today and I can't imagine how these clients are getting treated. either way I called my pcp office and apparently I'm not the only one who has complaint or been dealing with the same situation that I have and will notify the practice owner about it and I called my insurance company to file a complaint and I will also file a complaint to Nevada's medical state board as well.

I, as a special needs mom completely understand first hand the worry of if your child is safe when you leave them at therapy,at school, with care givers. I am a RBT at this company and I just wanted to write a quick review to the parents second guessing,wondering,or just not wanting to because they’re unsure. I can promise you if your child comes here they are safe! They are loved! They are completely cared about! The owner; Rebecca, BCBA’s and RBT’s are all wonderful. We all work together as a team and we absolutely adore all of our kiddos. So trust me, they are safe, and they are loved and have the biggest advocates on their side !
