This place is wonderful and they have helped my child so much in such a short period of time. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful.

Called and the girl was friendly and I told her I just moved from Florida and asked her if she took sunshine health. She took down my number and said shell call me the next day to confirm whether or not. No phone call, no test message and if she would have had any type of intelligence she would've known I would get insurance here so thank you for not calling me back. It shows your like most centers, you only care about the $$$. Now I have insurance and Id rather teach my son on my own because looking at reviews it shows they're understaffed and under trained. Looking at photos everyone but one or two look young, below 30 hence no life experience . Explains bad review stating children were sent home in dirty diapers. Autism Parents get on a medical waiver through the state and get paid to stay home with your child because you can do better than these tweenagers fresh out of college. Use AI to find out exact instructions. Dont give these people any money through your coverage.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff and program at RSC. It has been life changing for our son and our family. Rachel goes above and beyond with supporting and advocating for our son, as well as regularly communicating his progress with us. The genuine care and compassion that she shows is something we are beyond thankful for.

4+ years so far, and Ready, Set, Connect has made such a positive impact on the lives of our entire family. The staff work with us regularly to ensure that we are seeing the same progress at home that they see in the clinic. They have gone above and beyond in some cases and we appreciate all they continue to do for us all. Highly recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.

My grandson attends ready, set, connect in Concord. I could not be more ecstatic with his progress . He uses eye contact, will take my hand and bring me to whatever he needs. He loves to play with blocks and books and even interact with his classmates. He Loves all of his teachers ❤️

They have been so great with my little boy. The staff is so kind and loves my son like their own. Weekly meetings with his BCBA have been amazing and he’s already gained so many words from attending for a little over 2 months. Being able to bring my 3 year old to the park and him consistently holding my hand for safety has been a lifesaver. They really listen to what you would like them to work on and address parent concerns.

Poorly managed, unsafe facility

Before this company was bought out by Gersh Legacy, it was a wonderful clinic. Now management has barely trained staff training others and not following basic ABA principles or ethics. Management talks negatively about families and has violated HIPPA laws with families/children’s personal information such as their social security. The children here are not treated with dignity. All capable staff have left or are leaving cause management doesn’t address problems or concerns made by them. There have been children left in dirty diapers for hours or had feces sent home on them. This places has basically become a day care for the children and are not learning any skills. The BCBAs are the only positive from this place but lack a voice to management.
