Ready Set Grow Therapy

UPDATE: I received a kind message from the owner, Karalyn. She said she is addressing the issues and seems to have taken my feedback seriously. I have changed my rating due to the willingness and understanding of the owner. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am saddened to have to write this review but I think other caregivers should be made aware. I will start by saying Emily, my daughter's therapist, was warm and loving and she really enjoyed spending the time with her but that is where my positive comments end. It was typically chaotic in the office when we would go in the afternoons and I could barely hear the therapists feedback. I wish I could have received feedback in a more private setting then in the waiting area with other families and children. Lastly, co-pays were never collected at time of service and they have now sent me a bill from several months ago saying I owe them co-pays for the weekly visits. Co-pays should be collected at time of service -- not months later after you have let them accumulate. The woman in billing, Sharon, was extremely rude and would not let me speak. Very poor communication and disorganized.

Yesterday we had a bitter sweet moment at Ready Set Grow, it was my son’s last OT session with Ms. Amy. I cannot believe she has been in our lives for 4 amazing years, without her we would probably be lost. Our son is going to miss his weekly sessions, especially Ms. Amy because she was his safe zone, he learned/listened so well to everything she introduced him to by Ms. Amy. All in All, we could not have asked for a more caring, detail oriented, knowledgeable & skilled therapist for our little guy. If you are looking for a great place and wonderful therapist (Ms. Amy), look no further at Ready Set Grow. Ms. Sharon was also another person I’ve grown to love in the last 4yrs. Our insurance company was the most complicated when it came for approvals therefore the out of pocket charges were always in play. Ms. Sharon was understanding and accommodating due to the circumstances, I loved that she called me the best paying customer, even when I forgot she knew it was coming. Ready Set Grow has been in our family for the last 4yrs, we are appreciative for the professionalism and services received. If your child needs OT, please request Ms. Amy, she is the BEST!!

Ready Set Grow has been great for my child. She loves coming each week and feels like it is fun, not work. I am so grateful for all the progress she has made and the suggestions I get to continue at home. Highly recommend!

We went here for years to help my son with a number of issues and always felt cared for and heard. He absolutely loved his therapists like Ms Karalynn and Ms Aly. He made so much progress and we still love to go for summer groups and holidays events! I highly recommend!!!!

They are all wonderful at Ready Set Grow. My daughter has been going here for many years now. She loves it and is improving in every way. The best part is they are now adding all these new classes she can take. Thank you!!

I can not say enough good about things about Ready, Set, Grow! Amy, who is one of the therapists there, is absolutely fantastic. I can not even imagine what we would do without having her. She has been magical. We are so grateful and appreciate all the effort she has put into our son!
