I Went there a few months ago and they asked me personal questions about my trauma that I didn’t want to talk about when I filled out the paperwork and the other issue I had with them is they told me I had to wait 2 weeks to see a psychiatrist I end up in a mental hospital from a suicide attempt before I got the chance to see them and get my medication and it could have been avoided if I got to see the psychiatrist sooner
This is a terrible place to get help. My wife never got help from her therapists we fired 2 of them and then they could never find another therapist. They then closed out her chart without any notifications. We discovered this upon calling them and asking if Lexipro is safe for pregnancy. They then said we would have to restart everything for her to continue with her antidepressants. This place is terrible DO NOT allow your family members to get service here. It's pitiful service and the therapists don't care about anything but their paycheck.
New patient and getting the run around. My daughter was referred here. So far we have had 3 appoints just for "intake" and now they are deciding if they will see her. Pretty ridiculous. We have a 4th appointment scheduled that says "med clinic" and I have no idea what that is for. For the times I have been there, there is no opportunity to speak privately with the staff. Everything must be said in front of my already upset daughter. I hate having to talk about her in front of her and wish she didn't have to hear and relive everything. They demand to see a birth certificate or will refuse service even if you have insurance. They don't want to see an ID for verification, it must be a birth certificate. Are they trying to verify my daughter's immigration status or what? Very shady. There are two ladies at the front desk. Hispanic and black lady. They are overmåde up with lashes and nails and look unprofessional. Also, they are easily offended when people ask questions. I heard them going off on another customer because they questioned something. If they are so easily upset, they probably shouldn't be in psych. So, A VM was left for me on Friday. It is now Wednesday and I have yet to reach anyone. I get passed around and sent to voice mails that are never returned. We still don't know when she will see a counselor or doctor. Just jumping through hoops. I think it was easier giving birth than seeing anyone here.
I went here a few years ago as a patient, they are some of the worst people and worst staff ever, they do not care about your kids, the food is absolutely disgusting, the whole hospital is disgusting and dirty, they absolutely do not clean it unless health inspectors come in, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE
No Communication.
Great place, nice people
Chart "closed" on Jan 17, was told that if I made appt on Feb 13th, they could keep it open. Made that appt but they were closed due to weather, so I rescheduled. Made new appt for Feb 20th. Again, closed due to weather, so made new appt for Feb 27. Made that one and they told me I'd have to start over since it had been more than 30 days since chart closed. Intake takes 4 2 hour sessions and multiple papers and different people. Not going thru that again. Do not recommend this place.
couldnt find the mental hospital i went to in okc, but it was red rock and it SUCKSSSSSS all but one nurse yells at you, one of them misgendered me on purpose when i was being entered in all but james and i forget the other guys name and one of the girls on the dinner shift were really mean, the food will absolutely mess up your stomach i had so much bathroom troubles when i was there and from what my roomate said they got nose to nose to her and yelled at her for something she didnt do.
Incredible people that make mental health care accessible. Everyone here is so kind, thoughtful, and they work so hard to take care of their clients. It is a nonprofit, and as such there is naturally a little bit of disorganization and miscommunication from time to time. But you can tell everyone here cares about the work they're doing.
