I do love working here. My higher ups are fair, consistent with communication, and working with my clients is often the highlight of my day. I am respected here, valued as an RBT.

I’ve been working with Regency ABA for a little over a year now, and I can honestly say it has been an amazing experience. From day one, I’ve felt supported, valued, and consistently guided in the right direction. My BCBA, Nicole, is truly incredible. She is knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to answer questions, explain programs clearly, and provide meaningful feedback. I’ve learned so much from her, and she has helped me grow tremendously as an RBT. Brittany is also absolutely wonderful. She keeps everything organized, communicates so clearly, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The consistency from the entire team makes such a difference—schedules, expectations, and communication are always reliable. Regency ABA genuinely cares about their staff and clients. The training is strong, the support is ongoing, and the environment is professional yet warm. I feel encouraged to grow, ask questions, and provide the best care possible for my clients. I was so pleased right from the beginning with the amazing communication when getting information about services for my son. They are quick to respond and start service , my son has been thriving. The rbt is so kind and patient with him. I love that he feels so comfortable.
