I highly recommend Region #3 for any of your community needs and needs for yourself and family. They help you with providing a diverse list for community resources. Direct you to different food pantries. Also you can get set up with a community support worker to help you with your personal goals. They help you with providing or setting you up with funds for your medication management. Get you set up with Employment agencies to help you obtain a job and assist you in maintaining your employment. A community support worker can provide you with rent assistance or help you in applying for different rent assistance or programs like HUD vouchers/ section 8. They also have an emergency support worker for your emergency needs.
The people there are the only ppl I've ever worked with in 26+ yrs, that actually genuinely understand & care about "true mental illness, recovery from it, & even the struggle to get to recovery! I could not speak more highly of my experiences with Region 3!!
