Had an appointment for one of my kids at 10:30. They told us to arrive at 10 to do paperwork. We walked in at 9:50 and started doing paperwork and at 10:03 we took it to the front desk and was told we was to late and would have to reschedule. Needless to say we will not return and will find someone else to see.

Two of my children have been seeing Ana Cerrato-Young for over a year, and I’m about to have my third see her as well. My children all have ADHD and autism. Ana has been hands down amazing. I cannot give her enough stars. She looks at all ways to help and give support, not just medication wise. She listens to all concerns, and truly does her best to do what’s in the best interest of her patients. Highly recommend to anyone needing medication assistance for their mental health.

I'm having a really hard time with my bipolar, I haven't stopped crying in days. My kids both had appointments today so I tried to see if I could be seen and was told no, even while I was crying on the phone begging for someone to help me. When we went to my kids appoinemts I was having a hard time keeping myself together. I was finally able to speak up about my concerns with my daughter and the Dr yelled at me regardless of the fact I was already in tears. Guess there is no help there when you need it most.

I just don't feel like they listened to me. I've had to advocate for my own mental health for so long, and I felt as if they just did not care what I had to say. I switched doctors and am happy with my decision.

If you want real doctors for you or your loved ones health go somewhere else. They stuck me with a doctors who was leaving in 3 months and I was ok with that. What I wasn’t ok with is when she left they didn’t prescribe my meds to me like I had hoped they would seeing a doctor leaving isn’t new. Well 6 months 8 phone calls later about trying to get me back on meds they finally call me back and then say “I can’t help you”.
