Love this place and everyone here is so nice! Rebecca at the desk is so sweet. We’ve been seeing Pam(O/T)since this clinic opened and my son loves her and she’s helped with so much information/suggestions! Both of my sons see Tyler(S/T) and they both love him and have been flourishing! Highly recommend them!
Would not recommend. Be sure to independently confirm your insurance coverage with this place. They had zero transparency about their cost and how our insurance would cover it. They would constantly revise our bill with new charges for prior treatment, and were extremely rude when we asked for clarification of our billing statements.
Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone
This place is great! May I suggest installing some sort of one way window privacy film on the front lobby windows? (Or shades / blinds) This would help greatly help with the sun light and heat while sitting in the lobby during the summer months.
The therapists at Rehab Resources are wonderful!! Pan, Katie, and Tacy are great to work with! They always have the client’s interests in mind when planning goals. The office is friendly and clean. They work with families to make sure they meet everyone’s needs.
We have had an amazing experience receiving care here! The clinic is modern and clean. We come for OT and the equipment is fabulous. The therapist is excellent. She keeps me updated on the progress and has provided resources for us to use at home.
We love it here! Becky is so wonderful with both of my kiddos who have drastically different needs!
