Reinforcement Unlimited ABA Services

My experience with Reinforcement Unlimited ABA was very disappointing. The owner, Tom, seemed more focused on insurance money than on actually helping my child. During our first meeting, instead of concentrating on creating a meaningful treatment plan, he spent much of the time talking about his personal life, which was extremely unprofessional. He barely interacted with my child, and when he finally did, his approach seemed to purposely agitate her rather than support or engage her in a positive way. Tom originally told my husband and me that he would only need to come to our home 1–2 times to create the treatment plan and that two women from his staff would handle sessions afterward. However, he later tried to schedule three or more home visits just to bill more insurance hours. When we told him that two visits were enough, he became visibly upset and said he would “go where he’s wanted.” His behavior made it clear that his priority was profit, not the well-being of the families he serves. I would not recommend Reinforcement Unlimited ABA to anyone seeking genuine, compassionate, and ethical care for their child.
