0 stars if I could give it I made my appointment for a day because the following day I was going to have a dental procedure the day of the appointment lady in the office calls to tell me someone was sick and they can’t see me so she schedules me for the following week go in tell her the medicines I take she does the drug test we go in we talk for almost a hour it felt like she says are you addicted to drugs or have you had any history of it I’m like no she is like well your drug test shows positive for benzodiazepines and something two things I have never heard of mind you had a dental procedure so I’m shook I’m crying she is like tissue is there do you need anything else mind you for her to play in my face and act like she caught me in a lie by waiting to say what my test shows I’m like let’s do the test again and let’s do a blood test because anything could throw a false positive she is like oh you don’t want to do that that would cost all this money to do just find some were else never in my 30 years have I ever been accused of being on drugs until I walk in here then I call and talk to a director she acts all concerned says she is going to call and look into it never heard from her again a joke is what this place is I am a mother of 5 kids who finally reached out for help and got played with so thanks for nothing JUST FIND SOME WERE ELSE!!!

Dr. Gay and his staff are the rudest and most incompetent medical staff I’ve even encountered. After being teased with scheduled visits that Dr. Gay loves to cancel, I finally got in today. Only to find out that I owe $60 for “late fees” due to the doctor cancellations. Further, the staff is not helpful, not kind, and do not understand what it takes to work in a mental health setting. Even my initial phone calls were met with anger. If I could give 0 stars and report this clinic, I would in a heartbeat. I’ve never seen a medical institution be so unfair to their patients.

I called because my girlfriend had a emergency and they still wanted me to pay 50 for now being able to come I understand policies but where the care pissed

Was trying to get a new patient appointment set up for my daughter and the lady over the phone repeatedly asked me for custody papers and I already told her her father died five years ago. I’m her sole parent. There’s no custody papers and the lady kept asking if there’s custody papers she said she didn’t know what it meant that my child’s father died and I was the sole parent and she said just tell me if there’s custody papers and if you have custody papers, bring them when you come. I said why would there be custody papers if I’m the only parent and her father died. as if that wasn’t already insensitive enough for her to keep pressing about a situation where a parent has passed away it was extremely insensitive and disrespectful.

This was complete waste of time and money and its ppl that have no clue how to treat long term trauma. Do not waste you time with this place..They want to put you an stuff you've never heard of like your a test subject when you know what will help you. Save your time and money!

The staff members at Remedy are always so friendly and helpful, specifically Dr. Gay’s nurse Danielle. I had a question about one of my medications this week, and Danielle went above and beyond to help answer all the questions I had!
