Great office staff and staff at home

I have never been here but I have actually seen them in action. They assist companies to train mentally challenged people get jobs. From what I saw it may be a great program to help special need people intigrate into the work place. The trainer I observed was one on one with the employee shadowing him and small verbal cues when he got lost in the routine.
