Reset Behavior

My daughter goes here and it’s such a nice place. The staff and therapists are amazing and understanding. My daughter loves it here and she’s improved so much

RESET is The Best Place for my son to receive services because in a few months that he is been going he has improve so much thanks to the great and caring staff that is working with him , I can’t thank enough to all of them for their time and effort to help my son succeed and achieve every goal we set for him. My wife and I really appreciate all your support and work you have done for my son .

We’ve been with Reset for around 2 years and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they have done for our son and family. They welcome you with open arms and really make you feel like your child is in great hands and safe. Melissa the owner is the best and so involved with the families and the office staff is so amazing as well. They are professional and friendly and really make you feel at home. Most importantly, my son’s team has been truly incredible. His BCBA Allea, is absolutely AMAZING! She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond which really shows with the success’s and achievements we’ve had. We’ve come so far and I can’t thank her and his RBTs enough! Especially Taylor who was his RBT when he first started with Reset and was with him for a long time. She is phenomenal and words cannot describe the impact she has made on our family. I highly recommend Reset for ABA! Thank you again Reset for letting us be a part of your family

Horrible company, our first time with ABA and let me tell you. Worst experience of our lives! More like nightmare. I can’t believe they even have a second location. I’m just telling you this. Do not leave your child especially if they are non verbal alone with the RBT or BCBA!

What is the purpose of having phone/ email ? Nobody reaches back out. We have been calling with no response. I understand their might be a waiting list however information from staff would be appreciated.
