Our child goes to Resilient Kids, and it’s been a really great experience. The team is kind, patient, and truly cares about helping kids feel supported and confident. we have been seeing Jess O'Hara since June. yesterday we got to the office with less than 15 mins delay due to an accident on the highway and the she refused to take us totally stating that's against the insurance policy... i was ok with the missed time but she mentioned that she had to pick up her daughter during the my scheduled time!! she was ready to go. then she had the nerve to send me a No Show Attendance letter! as a note there was few sessions that she ran over with her previous app and we had to wait for her in the lobby and that was all ok! that's how you know the therapist doesn't care about your mental health and its all about insurance games. not to mention from June- September that we have been seeing her, she hasn't done anything for us... it has been just like me talking to a friend to vent!

I called about getting my daughter seen and was told there was a waitlist currently but I could be added to it. I was pretty disappointed as they came highly recommended but while I was waiting I was offered a spot in the Summer Social Skills class for my daughter. My daughter joined and loved it and is really excited to go back to school now. It really helped with the “first day of school” battle. Even better, while we were in group, a spot opened for her to be seen alone as well! I couldn’t be happier and plan on telling all my friends about this place. It has made a huge change in my daughter’s life and me and my husband are so glad we found them!
