Update: somebody finally called back probably because they saw my review. Said they need to check if there's a provider available or they would have to refer me out. It's been a week and a half since, still waiting on THAT call back. Thanks a lot for your help 🙄 I've now left five messages on their new patient voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. What the heck.

This one star is only for my former therapist there, who was great and what happened to make me leave was not her fault. She was not a medication provider though and I needed both her and a provider. Mine left and I was going to see a new one there in addition to my therapist and my father landed in the hospital. I was told that because I missed that one appointment, they wouldn't be able to have me see a provider and gave me the names of other places. I told them that they could just remove me from my therapists patient list as well then. My father was very ill and their solution to mental health support was to tell me sorry, you have no medication provider now. I needed to be with my family that day. My mental health was suffering before my father's illness and what RICBT did to me made it worse by making me find a new provider in one of the worst times in my life. Do not go to them if you can help it.

Since RICBT was sold they have not provided the same care. I also want to know where in the information I signed 3+ years ago they said if you miss one appointment they will charge you a $100.00 insane.

Billing is absolutely awful!!! Best advice I can give. GO SOMEWHERE ELES!

If able to give 0 that would have been my PERFECT AND HONEST review. This is a place that supposedly cares about others and praises mental health, well I do not think I have enough space and time to explain my horrible experience. From Judith Johnson, Ben Johnson to Lizzie Olmsted, it was just the worst experience and a very sad reality when I think about mental health providers. Horrible communication, problem for appointment, no assistance with provider/doctor/therapist......just a lot! I reached out to Judith (never heard from her) reached out to Ben j (more than once) and he did replied while after and "apologized" explaining how the clinic was working on "fixing communication" but it never got any better. No one ever called me even though I left MULTIPLE messages and the reply was an email from Lizzie that fixed nothing! I am sure not all providers are the same, but my experience was garbage and unacceptable. If you need counseling, struggling with mental health THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!! If the administration, office manager, CEO can not assist with something so simple...just reassures this is not a place that will think about anyones well being (knowing how important and delicate is when someone is struggling with mental health issues and reaches out for help). This is just another money making place that does not care about anything else, but their own financial growth! STAY AWAY BIANCA S MARTINEZ

Don’t care about you. They will turn you away when you’re desperately looking for help, without even talking to you. They’re are a prime reason why mental health care here is awful. Maybe my insurance wasn’t good enough, who knows. Thanks for nothing. A person who is struggling.

A+ everyone has been great .. not sure what the review about payment issue was about .. they don't "just care about $" at all . This is a caring group top to bottom .. I really go there , this isn't a made up review .. you can trust these guys .. 👍
