My daughter has a special needs daughter who gets services through RLDSN. They are always having a new case manager due to chronically high turn over. They are usually always pretty bad CMs. The few good ones she’s had either mysteriously left or found better jobs. They can’t keep the good ones! Some woman named Shanda reached my to my daughter. I guess she’s either yet another CM or manager. Either way, my daughter stated how incredibly rude and disrespectful this woman was. She would cut my daughter off in conversation and speak over her. We are so incredibly disappointed with this agency. We’ve been with them for years now but we are considering other agencies like Aging With Flair
