STAFF IS WONDERFUL!!! But facility is TOO COLD!!! I'm 73 years old and just sitting in the draft gave me a running nose!! There is minimum heat in the entire OT room. The staff should not have to work in these conditions!!

Melissa is the best PT ever.She is soft spoken ,patient and know her craft.Would definitely recommend her services

For few years now I have been coming to RUMC for my kids speech, OT, and PT.. I notice my kids started improving and continue to this day because we got started with a caring team. Front desk staff always welcomes us with a smile, therapist are knowledgeable, polite, professional, and helpful. A place where NICU babies, teens, adults, and seniors can receive speech, OT, and PT and been seen by caring team.

Staff in this office are kind and professional. My Physical Therapist- Melissa is caring, attentive and allows me to take my time during sessions. In addition she thoroughly explains the exercises/movements in a way that I can understand and ensures I do them properly. I have been coming here for PT for a few weeks and it has been a pleasant experience while I receive these services.

Staff is super friendly, specifically Melissa who has been my son’s therapist since he was 10 months. When we started he couldn’t sit on his own, now he’s standing. His improvement has been outstanding thanks to Melissa.

The OT & PT professionals are terrific. I've been bringing my daughter to RUMC for 8 months, since she was one week old. My daughter has thrived here with both teams, and we are so thankful for all that they did to help my daughter get strong and become resilient.

This is the first physical therapist that my toddler takes who is actually patient with her and has helped her improve so much and so quickly, as well as her speech therapist. Front desk is always super nice and helpful even with scheduling.
