This facility really cares for the well being of its residents!

Firstly, when you've entered the facility because you're visiting, you dont get a good vibe to begin with, it just seems or feels like, I guess like ANY other "government' building (see reviews for inpatient facilities, and outpatient too, at the BBB site too, not just here), but this is for female juveniles....so its "worse". Based on the first review by Jackie Gomez....my feeling is confirmed, and will be felt more, after one reads my review. My account concerns a CIP, an offsite visit with my daughter. It should be noted that I've been disabled for a bit (nothing that is "noticable" and stuff) and let them know this while the situation was happening, to let them know, it would affect me more than others....but of course, it "didnt matter" to the two persons involved. I was scheduled first before the mother, but had to give my auto insurance co. a certain paper and it mightve not been able to get done before our visit. BUT it did....then Im given a very bad reason as to why it cant be changed back.....TO THE ORIGINAL plan, because they had set up a CIP with my ex, the mother. It doesn't take hours n hours for a simple form or two to be modified. Sadistic....?

they literally robbed me cause I was working there for them in the kitchen, cleaning everyone’s mess after every meal & they said to put my hours down so I can get paid & I turned in some of my hours & they didn’t pay me anything at all. I also didn’t get some of my belongings when they sent my stuff home.
