I’ve been going to Right Track Medical in Starkville for around a year now and seeing Beth for therapy and Lindsey for my psychiatry needs. The team is absolutely incredible and are attentive to my needs. They work with me to develop a care plan and push me to improve my emotional and mental wellbeing yielding better physical health outcomes. I am so thankful for the team at Right Track in Starkville including the office staff that make everything work smoothly behind the scenes!
Seeking help for mental health struggles tends to cause even more anxiety than I'm already experiencing (ironic, right?) I have had some unpleasant experiences with medical professionals over the years that left me feeling uncomfortable and ashamed - that ultimately left me hesitant to seek help when my depression and anxiety became severe. Once I made an appointment at Right Track and met with Jessica, the relief I finally felt was glorious. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. I could not be more pleased with my experience and in only a short amount of time she has me on the "right track" and starting to feel some relief for the first time in years. If you're struggling and hesitant to seek help, please know you will be taken seriously and incredibly well cared for by every single staff member at Right Track Medical.

If you’re sitting here reading reviews and wondering if you’re ready to get help or start over with another physician, do it and come here. Right Track has been an absolute breath of fresh air after losing my first and favorite psychiatric NP, and being on incredible low doses of all my meds for years without a booster medication, I can finally regulate properly and not struggle to get out of bed everyday after Jessica’s adjustments to my regiment. She has been an amazing help and a friend to me the last couple months, she managed to make the very stressful and nerve wrecking situation of med changes and admitting that I’ve been on the severe down end of things for about a year into the most healing and mind opening experience. She is so thorough and so compassionate, she’s the only healthcare provider that has *never* made me feel dismissed or dramatic about my symptoms. So, if you’re struggling or even just need refills on your usual meds, go to Right Track!
Very friendly staff and I felt safe. Easy to talk to and they listen.
The staff is extremely kind and beyond welcoming. They make this process so easy. I am always greeted with a smile, and asked how I am. My providers go above and beyond for my wellbeing. The nurses are also so kind and made conversation in the short time I met with them. I would highly recommend Right Track in Starkville, Ms to anyone!
Overall great as always. Not sure about the new therapist however.
