Horrible place, for military families they wanted to do the evaluation in the parking lot are you kidding me🤨using the excuse that it is patient privacy and that they do not have offices. It is clear that they are full of patients and only see the patient as money... the staff is very rude and laughing, they should be professionals also very suspicious that they do not let you see the facilities but they do charge insurance. I had read the bad comments about this clinic, I wanted to give it a chance... but now I understand why the bad comments. I do not recommend the services, I canceled them for military families, run away from this place.

My son has been receiving therapy at rio grande since he was 4 months old. I am very grateful for all the help he received from the physical therapist and occupational therapist. My son has achieved so much thanks to them. I would definitely recommend rio grande, they are very polite, patient and nice to all the kids and they always answer all of our questions.

I was a little hesitant to have my son at Rio Grande because we had been seeing a different PT somewhere else for quite a while before we had to switch. I was worried about not getting to watch my son while he did his PT or that he would have a hard time leaving me, but it was the opposite. Oliver (PT) is a gentle giant. He is so kind & has a super calm demeanor about him which makes everyone around him feel calm. My son absolutely loved him and going to his apps & I felt good & safe knowing that my child enjoyed being around him! 😊

My son was at rio grande therapy for about 2 years for PT and OT. Oliver (PT) and Edith(OT) are so amazing! The way they changed my baby’s life in a little period of time is incredible, they’re the sweetest most kindhearted people, even know my other children’s names and about them! I can’t forget about Elma as well, Front office lady! With 5 kids my life is very hectic all the time and she worked around my crazy schedule! I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received at rio grande therapy! They gave us way more than what was expected so I’ll forever appreciate them for going so far out of their way for us! I also have my nonverbal autistic daughter receiving services at rio grande therapy receiving speech as well and this group of therapist are just incredible! If I could give them 10 stars i definitely would! Highly recommended! Thank you Rio Grande Therapy! We love you guys ❤️

I don’t recommend this place at all , some of the therapist will parent shame you, they don’t understand the child needs. And if you speak to the person in charge she will defend the therapist and make you feel shameful and hurt. It’s not the place for children.

My son has been going to Rio Grande Therapy Group for nearly two years now. He's made so much progress in Speech, OT and PT since coming. He loves all his therapists. Everyone is so nice here. Highly recommend.

My son has been receiving occupational, physical and speech therapy services for going on two years at Rio Grande Therapy. It was a bit of an adjustment for us at the beginning coming from ECI where we were very hands on to RGT where we had to let go and allow for the therapy to happen without being present especially during COVID. I have to admit that as hard as it was to let go it was the best thing that could have happened for my son. Oliver(PT) and Cammie (OT) are just amazing! They have helped my son so much and I am truly grateful.

I am very happy with the services provided to my daughter here. She has been getting physical therapy since she was 3 months old. Her therapist Oliver is amazing with her and she loves her therapy. A big thank you to all the staff!!!
