Rise for Autism

Jennifer and her team are fantastic to work with! Such a blessing to have this group in Maryland to support our community!

They approach their clients with so much care and compassion. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are with my son and how far he has come since working with them.

My son use to go here for Autism waiver services. Terrible experience. I feel like because my son was deaf & with autism.He was treated differently in bad way. His shoes were untied when I picked him up. Face dirty with food and the tech left his coat on for 2 hours multiple times. Everytime I got home my son was drenched in sweat from the coat. My son can’t advocate for himself so I trusted the tech . Everytime I approach the tech with a concern she said she had other kids to tend too. When I asked her conversations about his day it was nonchalant & broad. I love my son so much and I feel terrible I trusted these ppl with his care.

I went here for about a year or two and I can say that the staff is very comforting and everything that the kids are doing are specific for them while still being engaged with others which makes for a very healthy environment for all.

If you are coming into the field PLEASE STAY AWAY! Very unethical business practices. Management lacks any accountability for their actions. The only good thing is the children. There are other places that are preferred that treat all their employees with great respect.
