The outside may look a little off but the love in that building and the team is unmatchable. My son has been there for about a year and he’s progressed so much. And now is off to daycare/preschool thank you so much to Stephanie, both Norma, arisllie, Guadalupe & Alejandro for being so loving and kind to all your students ! It really makes a difference !

They are awesome! The therapists are super friendly and totally professional. My 3-year-old totally loves going. I feel like we're kinda taking him to school, which is a new thing for all of us. Not like what we've felt before with other ABA companies.

My daughter went here for 6 months plus. It started off ok, but then issues with staffing started happening way too frequently and the majority of the time she wasn’t even getting her full hours. I was one of the most patient and understanding parents they had. Once her BCBA left I knew it was only a matter of time before our journey here would end. They supposedly had something happen with their air conditioner and closed the place down and I haven’t heard from them since. Despite the fact that I’ve reached out multiple times asking if my daughter would be put back on the schedule. Even the office manager at their Joliet location had no clue what was going on. I reached out to her new BCBA Kelsey, and no response. She was supposed to switch to the Tinley Park location, but looks like they still have no staff for that place. Seems like the owners main focus was opening up as many locations as possible instead of perfecting the ones already open. Anyways, at this point with the severe lack of communication and the fact that it doesn’t seem like the children’s best interest is at the forefront of this company’s mission - I wouldn’t even go back.
