Good hospital

They just change meds and think your fine some of the staff are the best people I met but one staff member I will not name told my group at the time she hated kids and hated her job and would constantly say we are being dramatic when alot of us were there for suicide and DHS which is NOT ok reason not one star is because (i cant spell her name) Mrs. Shawn & Mrs. P actually made me feel seen at the time and helped me alot so I thank them so much but I will never be going back to here again

its beyond disgusting to refuse a child a call to their family due to ur inconsistancies

I hate this place people were disrespectful towards kids and they made us stay away from our friends and didn’t let us go outside are anything during our time we had to sit in a room for 12 hours a day it was very rare that we went anywhere so no I don’t really recommend but it’s not horrible so sleepable was pretty good I guess

I tried to have my son admitted to Rivendell Behavioral Health, and the moment I walked in I knew something was wrong. As soon as I stepped inside, a strong, unpleasant smell hit me, and the environment felt dirty and unkept. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped, the building did not feel clean, and overall it gave me absolutely no confidence that my child would be safe or properly cared for there. I was so disgusted that I turned right around and took my son home. I will never attempt to admit him there again, and I would not recommend this place to any parent looking for a clean and professional facility for their child.

They called me 4 times and I was just returning a call.. and the Lady was really rude

This place doesn’t even deserve ONE star. ! It was an absolute nightmare .. I had to leave there and be put in a 30 day rehab to get me off of all the crap I was on. Don’t put your children in this place
