Waste of time! They tell me to call on Feb 3rd I did no answer then left a voice mail. No call back! Then they tell me they are booked! Waited a whole month for them not to answer the phone! An if it's anything over a cavity they send you to iowa city! Waste of time an money! An no call back that's shitty.

The pediatrics clinic staff was very nice and the Dr was amazing. The pharmacist was wonderful and went up and beyond when our insurance provider was causing some issues.

Miss informed mistreated by the CEO and a board for conflict of interest! when everything came back unfounded on my child! Had the same doctor for 5 years and had to be dropped I do not recommend this place what so ever the staff takes forever get back to your phone calls also. Also one member I had to deal with would not let you get a word in edge wise also talking over you!

I highly recommend River Hills, most specifically the Behavioral Health Department. The staff are friendly and inviting. My provider, Amy Cooper, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is welcoming at every appointment and listens to any concerns I bring up. She has never made me feel less than, or as though my Mental health struggles aren't real. It's very hard to find a mental health provider that will help you feel seen, heard, and to help you reach your mental health goals. I strongly encourage everyone to seek help with the providers at River Hills.

Love the staff.. Wonderful doctors and nurses. They are very knowledgeable about your health and the health of my children. My children and I feel very comfortable their knowing that we will be taken care of to the fullest of their ability. The pediatrician that we see treats us like her own family and makes my children feel safe and protected while we are there. Thank you Dr. Glover and her team of nurses. Thank you Lynn for your wonderful attitude towards my children and myself. Couldn't be more happy with the care we receive from RiverHills pediatrics ...

This is feedback regarding the older receptionist working at the front desk, at the behavioral health department. She mistakenly told me last week after I missed my 7 AM appointment (that I had waited for for WEEKS) due to my needing to take a family member to the ER, that I would not be able to be rescheduled, as it was my first appointment. This a blanket terrible *company policy* that the receptionists REFUSE to veer from, REGARDLESS of circumstance! The older front desk receptionist (she is always there, I do not know her name, grey hair, sits to the right, with a permanent odd expression that appears as if not all is "right" with her mentally). This receptionist MISTAKENLY told me that because I missed my policy, I had to come in the NEXT Tuesday, at 7 AM and sit and wait, but you could ONLY do this (this grey haired receptionist, don't know her name she called a nurse who supposedly told her this) on Tuesdays from 7-8 AM! I said, "this IS Tuesday." She replied, "yes, but it is after 8 AM". I told her that I would GLADLY wait all day for a possible appointment. SHE would not ALLOW me to "sit and wait", as it was after 8 AM, she told me to come back the next week, at 7 AM. Well, I showed up the next week, and sat there about ready to stroke out as the clock struck 8 AM, thinking that I definitely would not be seen. When I moved from a different state I didn't get a new doctor established for 7 months and my lack of medication is likely to cost me my AWESOME job if I don't get seen and get started on meds again. I went to the other receptionist, who is VERY NICE and does NOT appear mentally "off" , truly it is like one receptionist is an Angel the other one has a mental illness and ANYONE even remotely cognizant can tell that there is an ISSUE with this lady. She doesn't seem mentally well-balanced, to the point where it is a bit... Off-putting to state it extremely lightly! That a mental health facility cannot immediately recognize that the woman has a problem is amazing to me! The first face you see at a business should be knowledge, compassionate and competent. This woman definitely appears to have an OBVIOUS cognitive or mental deficiency. Go elsewhere. I haven't seen a doctor yet, but when the receptionist gives incorrect advice, and refuses to own up to her mistake - causing a patient (or potential patient) a delay of at least a week when this person needs to seen, that is a majorly negative concern that should be addressed. I have never seen ANYONE EVER look so utterly LOST in their job. Why do they retain an incompetent front desk person? Don't allow the first face your business presents to customers (patients in this regard) to be someone who is obviously baffled by everything - she does not know what she is doing, and if it is not obvious to this woman's employer, rest assured, this is obvious to every SINGLE person who walks through the door. She strongly presents as having a mental or cognitive shortcoming of some form, and she gave incorrect information in a vital situation. I haven't even SEEN A DR. YET and this place earns the lowest rating, I would give it a SOLID ZERO if I could. A woman and her little girl just came in and went up to the desk and said, "hi, I missed my appointment and they said they would work me in" at the receptionist desk and she was seen within ten minutes of showing up and yet I have been here waiting for hours, after " missing my appointment" and I doubt I will be seen today. Is this the customer service YOU want to receive?
