It’s a good place and the staff is very friendly but I only had one problem with that they didn’t except too be in a dorm they didn’t have any rooms for me so I had to go through it
I recently detoxed there off of alcohol. The staff is generally nice The cooks are completely rude it should be noted that this is a hospital that treats people with intense mental problems so if you were looking for a place to detox without crazy, I wouldn’t suggest going there But overall, it wasn’t that bad of an experience and their music therapy is amazing

THIS PLACE IS SUBSTANDARD! GARBAGE!! ON GOD, I WILL SEE TO IT THAT THEY ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR NOT FOLLOWING THIER OWN POLICY AND PROTOCOL!! IM NOT A PT THERE, BUT A FAMILY MEMBER WAS!! BRING YOUR LOVE ONE SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE KNOW, PRAYERS WORK! PRAY FOR YOUR LOVE ONE!
It was not a bad place at all except the floors were disgusting! The food was good and we had lots of coffee and snacks!
Was helpful in some areas like my confidence groups and sometimes food and making friends also some of the staff.i didn't like the fact we had to keep our rooms and bathroom locked feeling like a prisoner sometimes and the food was awful for the most part.alsi some of the staff wasn't good .but when they were awesome oh my god were they awesome so not all bad just wouldn't go again unless I have to
