Rivertown Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

I don’t know who answered the phone but they have the worst customer service. No call back as well & I had to leave a voicemail a week ago!

The best team ever! Everyone is polite and welcoming to all parents and children from the minute you step through the door! Sully has been an absolute dream come true ever since my daughter started. The amount of progress she’s made and how much she throughly enjoys going each day is no doubt because of her. Currently working on potty training and she took the time to write “motivational sticky notes” with some of Kimber’s favorite things and that alone was just awesome! She is truly in the right profession and I’m so glad we got placed with her!!

Finally got my spot and approved for therapy for my autistic child. She couldn't attend because they didn't have staff. 6 months later and I was still waiting to be able to attend. I finally canceled my service with them. What's the point of taking people off the waiting list if they can't even attend? And also, the place is disorganized. Kids running everywhere. I had to share a room with another child for my kid initial evaluation. They are crazy understaff and kids are being seen by people who aren't even trained in the correct field. Thank God my kid behavior got better with meds instead of therapy.

Love love love! My two sons both go and they have made tremendous progress. I highly recommend!

I would love to give a loud applause to the Rivertown Autism ABA! I admire how patient the therapists are with all of the children and how they treat them! They treat the children with respect and are so caring! As I dropped my nephew off, I observed how the other children were SO excited for their teachers to come and get them. Also how the teachers don’t only acknowledge their student of the day, but all of the other children as well!! Thank you to your entire team for the work you guys do!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My child has progressed so much from throwing temper tantrums everyday to not being able to say hey or bye to anyone now he knows how to say hey and bye he also know how to match different things and sort them he doesnt have any temper tantrums anymore when we go out to the stores or in public so i want to give a huge shoutout to alex trystan his speech therapists highly recommend

I really want to thank ms Linda Heflin and ms alli Hershman they are very helpful with all of my sons needs my son is finally speaking words i have hope he will tell me he loves me one day we all need this type of support system on our side.

My experience with Rivertown ABA has being incredibly great. I love how everyone is involved with each kid and their needs. Service is excellent. My BCBA Linda and RBT Devon are great. My son feels so warm and so happy when in therapy. He even started to reach out and make friends. In love with the entire process. Thank you 🙏🏽
