Leslie is the best. She is amazing with my 21 year old son who had profound nonverbal autism and intellectual disability. She listens and is so understanding. We are so glad to be under her care.
Absolutely love Rivertown, have been seeing LT for 5+ years now and would recommend her to anyone. Front desk staff is also great and very friendly. Great atmosphere.
Wait time is AWFUL. On avg wait a couple min over an hour. Have waited up to 2.5hours before. But if you try to reschedule, they charge you the no show fee. Insane
Horrible experience - EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. I get the sense that this place is a high-volume clinic with the goal to get as many patients as possible in and out, with very bare minimum tech and facility. If you are not urgent and looking for good quality of care, i highly suggest else where! THEY DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS!! i called to make an appt, but they told me to just walk in when they first open in the morning so I can be seen faster - that did not happen. instead they had me fill out forms and wait 45 mins, THEN told me to schedule another day bc based on reception, walk-in appt = "youre here to fill out forms and schedule for another day" (forms are online for you to fill out btw) ALSO, I HAVE NEVER BEEN MET WITH A KIND RECEPTIONIST OR CHECKOUT COUNTER EVER. it feels like you cannot ask them for clarifications on anything because how dare you not understand something new that they ofc understand fully and do everyday. last but not least, each visit's wait time is guaranteed to be >30-45 min... for you to be seen with a provider for 10-15 mins max, who barely makes eye contact and expect you to answer complicated psych questions with a simple yes or no answer only.
It’s completely crazy that I have been calling like crazy simply to pay a deductible and someone picks up the phone and hung up! They don’t do in person counseling but they too busy to answer a phone and will send you to voicemail!! Just unprofessional thats exactly why I record everything because people will swear its untrue! Well I have the pick up and hang up on record! Smh why take a job you don’t want to do! 2/3/2026 update: I feel sorry for anyone that goes to this place. They hate bad reviews and tell you that you cannot be a patient of theirs if you leave a negative review and don’t delete it. Lol that’s a joke.. I don’t it’s legal and should be reported to BBB!! They obviously have someone monitoring reviews when they should be worried about the care of their patients. I definitely concur with the other review which stated they push medication as they were trying to give my son meds and had never seen him at all. Worst place ever thank God we moved and found another great doctor.
