Positive experience for my child and myself. My only complaint is that we have not been able to give his medication. CVS contacted your Dr but has not been able to get a hold of anyone to complete medicine treatment at home.

No stars... this place is HORRIBLE!! my love one was there for 3 days and it was a NIGHTMARE!! Upon arrival they talked sweet and caring by night they turned into completelydifferent people. There was a fight between the patience and the staff jumped in not to just break it up but they were hitting the patients. When it was time for night medication they asked the nurse on duty about the medication because it looked different they was told to "shut up and take the medicine". That medicine cause a HUGE problem and my loved one spiraled. Now, that they have transferred to another facility they are having an EXTREMELY hard time adjusting not to mention they didn't send him with all his belongings so now he's stuck in the new facility with 2 pairs of underwear, 1 shirt and no socks and now we are left to purchase these items again and drive over 2hrs to drop them off. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and people need to be held accountable for their actions. I'm sure leaving this review won't change a thing because after all the other reviews they are still opened!!

Do not send your child here. There was no communication with staff. It was dirty and overall the worst hospital experience. You go searching for care and help for your child and leave worse off than your child came with a whole new set of issues.

I give this mental health facility 10/10 . First of all, good location and private, easy to get to and clean .the receptionist was very nice in the waiting room , snack machine etc. TV, very family friendly and welcoming. - I feel they saved my daughter's life rather we have repeat visits or not , this will be a go to place for care . We had a brief severe life threatening personal mental health crisis, and they saved her life and put things back on the right track ; they have good communication they can call home every day etc , and the doctors / therapist there come up with good plans. Discharge was good and they were able to find the right medicine for my child. We have a "different" type of family, and they were very welcoming and supportive. Visitation was an hour , and my child liked the food there. Definitely appreciate this place and would recommend to anyone in crisis, rather it be personal or family. Thank you. ❣️and thank you to I think the nurses name is Mrs T? Or something? I cannot remember but thank you. ❤️‍🩹
