Overhead staff are very abusive and threatening towards their own employees and making their jobs impossible to provide quality care towards patients.

The coping lessons shared with my adult daughter has changed her life. I suspect it is also saving her life...
Last Friday evening, my daughter was transported to Rogers West Allis from Mercy Hospital in Jansville. I was extremely disappointed that by the following day, Rogers released my daughter, no phone, no money, and only the clothes she was wearing out on the streets. Yes, she has emotional trauma issues that require attention and a facility that treats their patients like criminals need to be investigated. Mental illness is a crisis in our country, and old ways of treating mental illness must evolve. Why are these facilities charging ridiculous billing? A 4 night stay charged Medicare and my secondary insurance $16.000 2 years ago at a Rogers hospital in Oconomowoc Wisconsin. Sorry to say that I am not pleased with how these facilities are run at all My opinion only. Hopefully, in the future, treating mental illness will be placed in a category of empathy towards their patients instead of ripping off your pocket book
I had the unfortunate experience of going here. I went thru the detox process and was admitted to rehab. Almost immediately, they started me on a medication for my anxiety, but the funny thing is the medication was not approved for anxiety and is Actually, heart rate medication! They kept increasing the dose of the medication. I was on an extremely high amount. I female 18 years old 130 pounds 5’4 lost 25 pounds in two weeks not only that but I also developed a heat rate condition called bradycardia the medication itself made my anxiety so much worse I had to go to a different rehab after just to get tapered off of the medication.
My trauma therapist was extremely sketchy and talking about hippa info of mine with other patients.
We were told that my wife's insurance would be accepted. That was a lie. Then they say she doesn't fit the criteria to receive residential help. I guess being suicidal doesn't qualify. Such a joke.
