Tina is an amazing woman with an unbelievable skill to listen and heal. My husband and I were in a difficult cycle, not able to move on from past wounds. I did 2 talk therapy sessions with Tina and my husband did a session of hypnotherapy with Tina and it completely changed our path. The energy in our house and between us is completely different and the weight of our past gone. Tina helped us have a fresh start. Tina is wonderful at making you feel comfortable from the start of your appointment and the results I’ve seen after my hypnotherapy session are still shocking to me! The value of her service is incredible— she spends time getting information for what change you want to make beforehand and scrips your session, which is the perfect amount of time, and spends the next 21 days checking in and ensuring you are getting the most out of the following recordings you continue to listen to. I’m so happy I find Healing Roots and will be telling my entire family to do this!

I found Roots of Healing through an internet search, but specifically because I was looking for someone who deals with past traumatic experiences and eating disorders. Her treatment included listening to me and my experiences, EMDR, and hypnosis. This was done virtually due to the pandemic, but it was still successful! Since being hypnotized I no longer dwell on my past experiences, I feel more confident and in control, and less burdened. Tina, in my opinion, is compassionate, understanding, flexible, and I highly recommend.

I met with Tina to work on some therapy and we utilized her RTT. That was absolutely the best. It was efficient in supporting the root cause to transform it and heal. The hypnotherapy to really plant in the new way of being into the subconscious is miraculous. What would take 4 months of coaching or 8 months of therapy can be done in 1-2 sessions. It’s absolutely magical in how fast things change after the session.

Tina discovered the heart of my issue quickly in our first session with hypnotherapy. The meditation she created for me has built my self love and self confidence. I am grateful for the love I am giving and receiving in my life. Thank you, Tina.
