Cassie Sheppard is simply amazing. The connection she's made with my boys in unmatched. Her knowledge and dedication to her profession is so visible at every meeting. She sets realistic yet calculated goals for her students to meet. Both my boys love going to Mrs. Cassie!

Cassie was referred to us by our daughter's doctor. Cassie has been amazing, professional, and patient with our daughter as she navigated her learning struggles. She was great to work with us when needing to reschedule appointments. Cassie was always quick to respond back to emails when we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend her.

My child started speech with Cassie at 18 months old with only a handful of words and mostly closed mouth posture for communication. Since starting with Cassie, his language and communication skills have exploded! We have seen so much improvement in the efficiency and functionality of his communication, as he uses AAC, sign, verbal words etc. He is a GLP and Cassie is one of the most incredible SLP with an abundant of resources, experience and information for GLPs; he truly is thriving with her help and he LOVES going to speech.

Hello! My son first started with Cassie in 2019 and my daughter in 2020. Both were non-verbal. The progress that they have made under her care is incredible! She started with sign language to help the kids express their needs/wants. From sign language to being complete chatter boxes today. They absolutely love and adore Cassie and look forward to their time with her every week. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so!

Cassie was one of the best things that happened to our son, Henry. Henry struggled to talk as well as connect with new people. She broke him out of this shell and helped him learn to interact and speak better. Henry absolutely adores Cassie and asks about going to see her almost every day. I believe she was put in our life for a reason and we will forever be grateful for what she has done for our son!

For almost 4 years, my daughter has been attending speech therapy with Cassie, and I cannot recommend her enough! The bond she has cultivated with my daughter is so special, and this foundation has allowed my child to blossom and grow in ways that have exceeded my expectations. And this is a huge testament to Cassie and her passion for what she does. She is extremely knowledgable, adaptive, progressive, patient, compassionate and, genuinely cares about the children and famlies that she works with. Outside of therapy sessions, Cassie has gone above and beyond by working with our insurance company to help get my daughter a dedicated speech device, and has been in communication with my daughters school to not only answer questions, but to help ensure she has accomodations that set her up for success. I have experienced several other therapy clinics in Minot, and nothing compares to our experience at Royal Therapy!

Our son has been working with Cassie for years! They have the most amazing relationship and he loves going to speech! Royal Therapy is the most welcoming kid-centered building. Cassie is willing to listen to all of our concerns as a parent and come up with a plan. Speech is all fun and games with Cassie!

When my daughter switched over to Cassie, what a game changer it was!! She not only continued care from her previous speech therapy, but discovered she actually learns language differently and that's why we were having problems with her progressing further in her goals. Once a new care plan was established, our girl has flourished!! Cassie's kind and compassionate personality is just what our family needed. She is always willing to listen to your concerns and make everything very understandable with her reports. And if she doesn't have an answer for you, she goes above and beyond to find one.
