Ruby Beach Behavioral Pediatrics

Our family is extremely grateful for this clinic! My son was spiraling down for almost a year and we didn’t know what direction to go until we found this place. All the staff seems happy and truly cares for the kids. My kiddo is pretty challenging but I can tell that he enjoys going to school and his progress in talking a lot more and behavior issues has improved. So to all the staff, we truly appreciate all of you!

Very disappointed. Child really needs ABA help and took awhile for insurance to get approved. AFTER approval, I have left numerous voice messages and e-mails over the past 3 weeks trying to get appointments started. Sent PDF intake questionnaire 2 weeks ago and still can't get a return correspondence. Time to start all over again. Follow up after reply from the business: I see how you are trying to change the narrative. Google won't let me downgrade to a negative number comment. You speak of communication? After numerous messages and sending intake forms, I sent an email stating the clinic sent the report and I filled out the intake forms. After waiting weeks and leaving messages, nothing. Now, a week after I leave a bad review, you finally reply? Horrible communication and follow up to messages. All it would have took is 20 seconds to say you were missing additional requirements. I used to be a provider, I know how it works. The only one hurt by your neglect is my daughter's treatment.

I am extremely impressed with this company. My son has been kicked out of ABA clinics. I mention my story to the owners and they did not once make me feel like they couldn't handle my son. They wanted my son to start immediately. I love that they always keep me updated on my son’s day and show me what they’re working on. I also love that they schedule parent training meetings to show us how to deal with certain behaviors and make sure everyone is on the same page. This place is awesome. They have mention they are working on creating a homeschool program at their clinic for kiddos. My son’s moods have changed since I switch his ABA clinic. He still has behaviors. But I can see he is making progress and he has only been at the clinic for two months. I can tell he enjoys going everyday. I really appreciate Ruby Beach Behavioral Pediatrics taking my son in and treating him like their own. I highly recommend this place for anyone that has kiddos with special needs. They have great RBT’s and BCBA’s.

We couldn't be happier with the incredible progress our son has made at Ruby Beach. In just a few short months, we've seen huge improvements in his behaviors, eating habits, and social skills, and every week he continues to make even more strides. The team here is simply the best! The therapists (RBTs) are all so sweet, patient, and genuinely happy to be working with the kids, which really shows in their demeanor and in how excited our son is to see them every time we drop him off at Ruby Beach. We are always confident that he is having a good day when he is here! The communication is outstanding—professional, detailed, and always helpful. The BCBAs and the rest of the team not only keep us updated with regular progress reports but also provide tips and guidance that have made it much easier to work with our son at home. We love the frequent updates and knowing how well he is doing each day. Ruby Beach has been a true blessing for our family. We can't thank the staff enough for the amazing work they do and the love they show to our son, and for how much they have worked with our family! Highly, highly recommend this center to any family looking for a supportive, skilled, and caring team for their child!

The team at Ruby Beach has been fantastic with my daughter. The extreme care, professionalism and communication is beyond what I could have asked for. My daughter loves going here and seeing her friends while learning. If you are looking for a very caring organization for your child for therapy, this is the place you want to go.
