Always gotten wonderful care at this place! Everything can be completed easily online with the availity to text the office when needed. All therapy is completed virtually which makes life so much easier for me.

Please 🙏🏽 Do not take you child here. I beg you to take them anywhere else! One of the counselors continued touching my son after he repeatedly told her it made him uncomfortable and to please stop doing so. It was one of the very first and only person he saw in their office. Please stay away from these creeps!

Unprofessional Staff. Will not provide results without repeated appointments. Kaitlin was almost 30 minutes late for our testing appointment, her response was "sometimes I am 40 minutes or more late". I would say there is definitely a lack of professionalism and poor communication. Kaitlin was unwilling, or unable to have a conversation without being rude and Dr. Hanson did not follow through on his commitment. This is my experience with the testing process. We did have two good virtual meetings prior to the testing. That is the only positive thing I can say at this point. Added 11/18. After a trip to Vanderbilt Children's we again asked for expedited results and was told this was a very complex process and they would not be able to get results sooner. They did offer Dec 2 but I am traveling and unavailable. Their next availability to get results was Dec 9th. Testing completed 11/10.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They run outdated tests, tell you that you don't have it if you have been diagnosed with any other mental disorder, and the flow just felt very old and unprofessional. I can tell this place is desperate by the way they reply to negative feedback.. Just shut it down at this point.

I was referred here for a pain procedure, my over all experience has been positive. They seem to handle things differently as my understanding is someone in the facility is fighting cancer resulting in most appointments being virtual in which I was pleased with. I found the text option for communication was amazing and they responded promptly to every text.

Its a long post ive wrote about our experience and i want to say this place is a joke seriously a waste of time deserves no stars and to be shut down really they arent helpful. I was trying to get my son diagnosed to help better his life they said he couldnt sit still or focus to do the test ( his test was 2 hours he barely made it to 30 minutes before they got upset with him) but he doesn't have add or adhd( hes been diagnosed for a couple years now by many drs they were told that he said its not in the findings for them.) They also said he failed 2 or of 3 for autism and showed signs of it but said he didnt have it based of the three part test. Yet all through the documents of their findings it said potential autism or autistic symptoms. He stated the first passing test doesn't count since the remainder of the test were failed and contradicted the first and he needs to be retested in 6 months to a year... He also told me my kid needed family therapy to help deal with him and how to handle him better with his emotions.. yet nothing on the test was helpful to getting him diagnosed to prove why he needed therapy.. This place is a joke idk how they are open they had use fill out form tests from Vanderbilt and other places and basically said the forms you filled out are opposite of our findings nothing matched up to them these forms took me the entire 2 hours he was testing then when he came out they had forms for him to fill out instead of doing it with him for the test. My son said it was a memory game and remembering words in a sequence. He said he really tried his best like I asked and they told me he wouldn't sit still or cooperate long and they had to redirect him... Wonder why that was.. They told us that he needed family and single therapy but only said to help control emotions then never heard back from them at all when at the beginning they said they could help with therapy even had some occupational that they said he could benefit from but again he wasn't diagnosed to need occupational but it was referred to him..

I came looking for a diagnosis of OCD and autism or (but not really suspecting) ADHD in September 2023. The assessment was an hour of some card memorization IQ test and ONLY ABOUT 3 MINUTES asking about my symptoms relating to each disorder. My mom was also asked about my childhood behaviors vouching for my anxiety, social difficulties, and stim behaviors. I was able to be diagnosed with OCD. However, during the first session with the OCD specialist I asked why they chose not to diagnose me with ASD. Without referring to any documents from the assessment, She said she could "tell by the way I talk" that i was not autistic and would not take me seriously because of something about tiktok trends?? Btw, this therapist was NOT the one who did my assessments. She had known me for like 4 minutes before dismissing me. She could've given me a genuine reason based on my assessment and that would be that. For my next appointment I was transferred to Ms Gilmour. She is a very pleasant person and the only reason I didn't give one star. However because of my experience with the OCD specialist (who I'm not naming but I'm sure those at sabin know I'm referring to) and other prior experiences I did not feel safe sharing any details with Ms. Gilmour. And fyi, my genetic predisposition and chronic behavior linked to autism has not, in fact, gone away. Don't come here for assessments. The way they asses is very outdated and skewed.
