I have plantar fasciitis in my feet and I have been trying to schedule physical therapy at my podiatrist’s recommendation. They said they send all their patients to Saco bay therapy and so far I’m completely at a loss. They called me over 2 weeks ago, never tried calling me again, then I called back on a Monday and had to leave a voicemail, and here I am on a Friday and still no return call to schedule therapy. I would recommend not going to a company that needs a separate phone line to schedule since it doesn’t work.
