I was scheduled for my first virtual psychotherapy appointment and a senior related tech panic moment. They connected me to their dedicated IT support I connected virtually. I feel so relieved to have met my therapist. She uses Biblical references in such a comforting way that is reassuring. I was able to relate to her about human feelings circumstances. This is professionally managed with compassion and effectiveness.

Well just last week I gave Safe Harbor 5 stars. Gave praise to Patricia Corbin and today I get up early anticipating my scheduled appointment for 11:00am and needing it if I’m being honest. Long story short , I was ghosted. I called in to customer care and Reality was wonderful and confirmed I showed up and the therapist did not. She tried to reach out to Patricia but received no response so she left a message. At this point I believe I need a new therapist. I’m big on GRACE but when someone can barely make it out of bed on a regular basis and goes the extra mile to show up and the other party does not- it contributes to trust issues and further exacerbates the mental situation. It’s not easy giving a 1 star and maybe not entirely fair but I’m deflated at the moment. I will say, outside of this incident, service has been exceptional.
I had a great experience on yesterday. My counselor was very pleasant, professional, and encouraging.
