My therapist is great Mrs. Celena Bryant, is an Awesome therapist she had shown how to walk through all the trauma in my life with the understanding that I am worth the work. And I appreciate how and when she lets me when I side tracking and she share with me how to redirect how I am thinking about whatever it may be differently. To get a more positive outlook on what I am feeling or thinking about a situation. Showing me how I had the tools all along by point out keep things or words of thought and a different way to process ALL MY EMOTIONS. And learning how have a more positive outlook look on just any I may go through that keeps in my uncomfortable thought pattern. Breaking down each situation good or bad. To find a better outcome for life “issues”. So thank you my therapist I look forward to All our meeting on zoom. And thank you for understanding my not so good moments. I have worked with Elizabeth Purdum as by therapist and Jessica Savage as my medication manager for over a year and they are fantastic. Having gone through a bunch a therapists and support teams in my life I can truly say they are awesome. Especially if you or your child has a nero-divergent brain. Every little concern or question I have is answered with kindness, repeatedly if necessary as sometime medical info is hard to keep track of for me. I NEVER feel dumb or out the loop when working with them. They truly listen to me and cheer me on for my successes while also helping me come up with the best solutions to thrive in everyday society. When I'm having a bad day they listen and sympathize while also providing bounce back techniques. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have them to work with. Also they work with each other and with me around my busy often fluctuating schedule which is phenomenal when it come to the medical field. They become friends and go above and beyond for me. Just from working with them they will for you too. I truly recommend them to anyone struggling and in need of an extra pair of hands in this battle we call life.

Becky is always so helpful when I have questions or concerns between med checks. Both my therapist and PNP are very good at what they do. I recommend Safe Harbor every opportunity I can.

I asked for a evaluation and had a hour meeting with 2 safe harbor representatives. After my “evaluation” I asked for any notes and proof of my evaluation, I was then told that it would take 3 sessions to complete my evaluation. I was paying out of pocket for each session. I declined the 2 extra sessions and now they will not send me any information, notes, or records of our session. When I call to speak with someone they leave me on hold or hang up. My advice is for any future patients to go with another company. Sandy J Chaplin was my point of contact.
