Very kind and great service
Very bad service, very bad workmanship they do not stand by their products. The whole lifetime of the vehicle warranty is completely crap. We have contacted corporate and they’re going to step in. We have pictures and text messages and visual voicemails to prove our claim about seven days ago if they would have came to our house either the same day or the very next day to inspect the bad work I claimed instead they canceled the appointment that was the very next day and put it for five days away. I had the window break before they could come out so they’re not warranty the glass and we now have to pay them for another back glass, which I would never give them any money go through glass America it’s $100 cheaper and they come to you so corporate will be replacing the glass and it will not be keen New Hampshire. It will be another office.

Fast efficient friendly environment
Staff has been wonderful. Had a medical emergency night before appointment they had no issues at all letting me reschedule. If anything changes after my Monday windshield replacement I'll update this but so far they live up to the expectation on has of safelite
