The Psychiatrist that I had on three separate occasions is extremely careless. She only cared to take me off medications not related to mental health that I have been prescribed for 20 years. She did not care at all about any of my mental health issues she was out to control me by cutting me off of much needed medications unrelated to mental health. In three months she prescribed one mental health medication and tried to remove multiple medications I have been on consistently for over 20 years. The doctors at this clinic are only about controlling their patients not effectively helping their patients deal with their mental health issues. This is common among all prescribing Psychiatrists at Sagent behavioral health dba Nystrom and associates. So if you need medications to better handle your mental health issues and dont want to be cut off other medications unrelated to mental health then I would highly recommend finding a Psychiatrist who is not employed by Sagent behavioral health. Fair warning....

If you are looking for a mental health experience that feels like stepping into an experimental theater piece written by Kafka on a caffeine binge, this place delivers. Appointments felt less like therapy and more like competing in a very strange game show called Who Can Monitor Your Blood Pressure With the Most Zeal. I spent half my time describing a rough year in my life and the other half watching vitals be treated like holy relics. Priorities are priorities. The cuff always came first. Serious concerns were handled like quirky footnotes while minor hypothetical risks were elevated to epic moral crises. Contradictions were explained away with vibes-based logic, which is comforting in roughly the same way that being told turbulence is “just part of the fun” soothes nervous flyers. At one point, I was invited to buy my own monitoring equipment and submit daily readings. I half expected a small ceremonial procession to accompany it. Administrative processes were equally theatrical. I almost applauded for the creativity. After leaving, I visited a new primary care provider. They checked my vitals, looked at me, and said, “You seem fine. Maybe find a new clinician.” We laughed. My blood pressure did not spike once. Ultimately, the problem was the environment, not me. If your goal is to feel like an extra in someone else’s anxiety opera while meditations on your vital signs are performed with dramatic flair, this is the place for you. Otherwise, proceed with caution. P.S. The rebrand email was a masterpiece of chaos marketing. New name, same drama. Bravo.

Dr. Heather Duzyski is the 'prescription' for exceptional care! This clinic is lucky to have her, and we're even luckier to have found her. Her dedication to her patients' well-being is heartwarming, and her ability to explain complex information is impressive. I highly recommend her and this clinic!

I don’t want to say anything about the entire organization, but if you choose to go here. I would not recommend you have Sophie as your therapist. I had her, and I cannot say she was all that great. I was going through a really rough patch. My classmate was shot and killed, and someone else I knew had died. She wasn’t very sympathetic, and she even question my grief saying, “How well did you know this person?” You don’t downplay someone’s grief.

Called to find out if my insurance was accepted at this clinic. The receptionist had absolutely 0 concept of insurance coverage. She the proceeded to give me names of 2 Individuals she still couldnt confirm would be covered. I asked for their numbers to get ahold of them and was told no. Then she proceeded to tell me that one of the therapists age discriminates and only sees patients between 5 and 30. This whole clinic is just mis and underinformed and needs a refresher at basic phone answering.
