I enjoyed my time here my therapist Ms.Yee Lau was really insightful and very knowledgeable about my situation it was slow pace starting but once the ball starts rolling she helped me look at things in a realistic direction.
I don’t know why I waited so long to give them a call?! Best new year’s gift to myself ever! A little self help with some guidance is never a bad idea and these people have the experience and expertise to help anyone!
I was disappointed with my experience. I specifically needed support navigating family dynamics, parenting challenges, and respectful communication. Instead, the approach felt enabling and lacked balance. There was little focus on accountability or structure, and I often felt undermined as a parent. Rather than working toward healthier family dynamics, session left me feeling blamed and unsupported. I would recommend this therapist only for clients who do not require family-systems expertise or guidance on boundaries and parental authority.
Best treatment ever! Staff are super understanding and the programing isn't overwhelming. Food was really good. Councilors all know what they are doing and it shows. My stay here was a great start to my new beginning.
