Not only did the woman prescribing my meds disappear for over a year without a word or anyway to help with the doses I was getting, I had a therapist call me a mess after an attempt, then the entire office never returned our calls for over a month after.

Polly was nice and listened to me. I didn't feel rushed. She's such a nice, sweet person. Did you mean Polly or Stephanie? I don't always check my email everyday Stephanie is very nice as well.

I have been with the Nystrom side of this since i was single digits. I have gone to them for so long i knew nothing else. Over that time its been very mediocre at best. But the bright side was at least they could get my medication refills in early. as a big concern was timing. I can no longer even say that is a positive that remains. The professionalism of this place has got down significantly over the last year and a half. My provider who i had for ages had retired and Nystrom had NOT informed me untill i was well over for refills and i had to go days without my medication. Medication i need to even function in a day to day. However, eventually i got a new provider and she was fantastic and was easy to talk to and i actually got to be myself for once infront of. Then she left (i can see why) and i was given another provider. This one was even WORSE that my first. No care given. Meetings that should be a time to discuss and talk about all the things that went on in previous months and go over stuff was just nothing. less than a minute video meetings with no substance and she cant even get my medication in on time anymore. or even at all. Currently. Its said she has. but my insurance and pharmacy have heard radio silence from her. The response i got from nystrom? Just refill an old prescription. Ah yes, refill a prescription i cant refill on my own because i dont have the approval. and its of a refill that i literally. already got. months ago. yes. well done. very urgent of you. I am still a patient here but i am in the works to no longer be a patient here going forward. This is highly unacceptable behavior to do to someone who has been with you for so many years at this point that i dont even know why i have kept trying for the last couple of months. Oh, and dont hit me with the copy pasted response of "we would love to talk to you about it. call this number" I have. Multiple times. Even just an hour ago. before you even close. and you left me on hold for nearly half an our then just cut my call and told me to leave a message. when it was an urgent call about my refills. You do NOT care about your patients if this is how you are going to act and i will NOT continue to be a patient here under these circumstances. i just hope you refill my meds before i have to take an extended work leave because of your gross negligence.

I have been going to Sagent behavioral health previously known as Nystrom And Associates for many years. I have had really good experiences with all those that I’ve come in contact with. I highly recommend Peace facilities.

I wanted to thank one of the customer service person (Sophia) who went above and beyond in helping me sched a virtual appt with one of the Psychiatrists PA-C. I was supposed to be bringing someone for an In person but thought it was a virtual appt. Sophia worked to contact the Psychiatrist PA-C and send a new link so we could do the virtual appt. She had a great tone of voice and she was happy to help. I also wanted to thank Zoua Xiong, the Psyxhiarist PA-C who was flexible in allowing us to switch to a vitual appt. Zoua allways takes time to listen to the person's concerns I bring to see her. She offers great suggesions expresses her care and concern. Thank you
