Sagent Behavioral Health - St. Cloud

I have nothing positive at all to say other than my provider was an amazing person and had a good character on the few occasions I did see her. This place is nothing short of a joke and only got worse after becoming sagent. I have had multiple appointments canceled on me morning of, and it takes 3 months to get rescheduled. My last appointment in December they called to cancel, and rescheduled me for March. I told them I needed FMLA paperwork filled out, and they told me to drop it off and someone would fill it out. Two weeks later I get a call and they don’t know what to do with it, saying I needed an appt if I wanted it filled out. I have already been scheduled with another provider, but I feel bad for people who rely on their appointments and then get short changed. Understandably everyone gets sick or things come up, but my provider was going on leave and I wasn’t able to be seen until March to get FMLA paperwork filled out, which simply won’t work for someone with a disability. Don’t tell someone one thing, make them wait for multiple weeks, then give them the run around. I would not use them if they are the last providers in town.

My boyfriend went to Nathan for metal health therapy appointments. Every single one was bad and waste of time. (I believe 4 appointments through Nathan) Boyfriend didn’t like Nathan from first time but was giving him the benefit of the doubt to improve, that didn’t happen and Nathan actually caused more stress in boyfriends life than help) Boyfriend said the Nathan talked about himself the whole time everytime. My boyfriend would say a single sentence and Nathan would ramble off a random story for 15 min until he asked an un irrelevant question. Than spends 10 min at end of session talking about what he’s doing for the weekend or coming into appointment saying he is tired etc. No follow up questions or guidance through any of the appointments. My boyfriend said he knew more about his therapist life more than his therapist knew about him. Nathan boasting about himself used to be a drunk and went to college to get a degree and became a therapist. Well dude you’re the worst therapist I’ve heard of. AWFUL! Could go on but seriously stay away from this dude!!! If I could rate him -1000 I would.

DR Anjem was giving out my private information to my family without my consent. She also was forcing me to turn over firearms or she was threatening to have cops pick me up and take me to hospital. When I explained this was illegal; she pushed her heels in even harder and said I better make my mind up fast or she was calling the cops. I was scared and humiliated. As someone in law field, I know threatening to take my guns away is not under her legal authority as only a judge under a court order has this authority. I read other reviews and sounds like at least one other person has similar issue with same thing with her. I also called to make a therapy appointment and female receptionist was so rude. I decided to take my therapy to a different company because of it.

Sought help for mental health. Didn’t get it. Now stuck with trying to pay off a $2k bill for some simple testing. Thanks?

Pretty sure Nicole is an actual angel!! Her office feels like a friend’s living room, not a clinic and it makes it a thousand times easier to open up. Nicole doesn’t just listen, she LIIIIISTENS! The stuff I say out loud, what I don’t say, things I hint at without realizing…she picks up all of it and uses it to really refine my care plan. Even through med adjustments and stress spirals she’s been a warm, genuinely supportive presence. She’s the reason I’m coming to the clinic at all - I was referred to her by my primary care provider and once Nicole and I found a routine that felt stable, I told her “okay, I think I’m ready to add therapy”. Now I’m in routinely for therapy too. I wouldn’t have gotten there if she hadn’t made me feel safe and seen from day one! Nicole’s humor, kindness, snd “I see through your nonsense - but lovingly” energy is so needed. She *gets* it and cares so much. 10/10 recommend, more than five stars

Fine location. Easy to schedule. I personally didnt like therapy though. I appreciate anyone spending time on me, but my goals were unique, blunt, and direct when I telephoned Nystrom seeking sessions with someone to temporarily replace my need for a partner while I found myself battling court cases alone in court without legal counsel beside me per my own preference. I wanted at least 1 teammate to clear my head with so I didn't get twisted between internalizing or mistakenly venting where it doesn't belong. I was in a situation for the therapist I picked to oblige my request for a girlfriend, but the side quest seemed irrelevant to therapy. Venting about my court cases wasn't helping myself win any of them, at all. The courts appeared majorly prepared for things I planned on doing and got 2 steps ahead of me on everything I bitched about in therapy, making it implausible and far fetched to pursue a 1983 or bivens claim. My venting has to go into the Journal of Jon™ instead of welcoming diagnosis or disorders that I don't want on my record. No hard feelings.
