The receptionist doesn't answer the phone When she does she leaves you on hold for an extended period of time. I asked to relay a message. She pretty much told me to do it myself by email.... this is not professional at all! Im really upset my daughter is important. The way I've been treated in regards to her appointment was very disappointing! And upsetting! I've been waiting for the documents for the results of her diagnosis. Why has it not been sent? I asked for paper copy. He said it wasn't ready that it will be emailed. I feel like im begging for documentation! Im going to have to go there in person just to get this settled because this is very upsetting.

Last year I had scheduled an appointment for an neuropsychiatric evaluation in order to get on new proper medication, it has now been 5 months since i had my appointment, it took me two months of calling the office to schedule a follow up appointment to go over results with my doctor. Finally i had the appointment in november and ever since i have been calling trying to get in contact with them to email me documentation of my results which should’ve been done at the time of my appointment. My doctor did a fine job and was kind but the communication in this clinic is outrageous it shouldn’t take months of calling multiple times a week to receive documentation of my care.

DO NOT go here. There’s a reason why the reviews aren’t good so do not try to look for the good ones to justify it. They also make you pay your entire deductible no matter what. $1,700 for an ADHH screening. Go elsewhere

Testing was easy to schedule and they often called me with sooner appointment times that I could take. However, the session I met with the Psychologist to review the results was short and the provider did not let me speak at all. The provider just spoke to me and the appointment lasted no longer then 10 minutes. When I got my report emailed to me it had my name at the top but then also had another patient's name throughout the report. I am unsure if they thought that was my name or if they had sent someone else's report with my name at the top. Overall felt like the testing was not helpful and was quite discouraging.

I went here for ADHD testing and my experience was great! From the start of scheduling the appointment all the way until I had my results in my email address. The front desk clerk is kind and full of information. The person who did my testing was extremely patient and explained things in detail. Then the day of my follow up Dr. Saible called me and went over my results with great information and answered any questions that I had. She even took the time to explain some other Dx's that my testing picked up. When you read bad reviews remember that bad news always travels faster and a lot of times patients don't understand how insurance and billing work which can make them think the office is bad. I would go here again!!

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I filled out the new patient form on their website about 10 days ago. I followed up about 3 days later with a phone call and left a message. I explained I am looking for some type of therapy to deal with my depression and I wanted to make sure they took my insurance. I asked that someone please call me back. So.. I contacted them through their website following their procedure for a new patient, and I followed up with a phone call. Waited all week and never heard from anyone. No response online or on the phone. I would think they would understand how debilitating depression can be and at least call to tell me they don't accept my insurance?

Be nice to get a call back, but I guess they don’t do that

We had a great experience here for my daughter! From the time I walked through the door, the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, the woman who administered the test for my daughter was very kind and my daughter felt comfortable with her.( I’m so sorry I can’t remember names!) Dr. Porter was also very nice and personable. He really listened well and was helpful.
