Saible Neuropsychology

Testing was easy to schedule and they often called me with sooner appointment times that I could take. However, the session I met with the Psychologist to review the results was short and the provider did not let me speak at all. The provider just spoke to me and the appointment lasted no longer then 10 minutes. When I got my report emailed to me it had my name at the top but then also had another patient's name throughout the report. I am unsure if they thought that was my name or if they had sent someone else's report with my name at the top. Overall felt like the testing was not helpful and was quite discouraging.

I went here for ADHD testing and my experience was great! From the start of scheduling the appointment all the way until I had my results in my email address. The front desk clerk is kind and full of information. The person who did my testing was extremely patient and explained things in detail. Then the day of my follow up Dr. Saible called me and went over my results with great information and answered any questions that I had. She even took the time to explain some other Dx's that my testing picked up. When you read bad reviews remember that bad news always travels faster and a lot of times patients don't understand how insurance and billing work which can make them think the office is bad. I would go here again!!

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I filled out the new patient form on their website about 10 days ago. I followed up about 3 days later with a phone call and left a message. I explained I am looking for some type of therapy to deal with my depression and I wanted to make sure they took my insurance. I asked that someone please call me back. So.. I contacted them through their website following their procedure for a new patient, and I followed up with a phone call. Waited all week and never heard from anyone. No response online or on the phone. I would think they would understand how debilitating depression can be and at least call to tell me they don't accept my insurance?

Be nice to get a call back, but I guess they don’t do that

We had a great experience here for my daughter! From the time I walked through the door, the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, the woman who administered the test for my daughter was very kind and my daughter felt comfortable with her.( I’m so sorry I can’t remember names!) Dr. Porter was also very nice and personable. He really listened well and was helpful.

While I was hesitant to go here given some of the reviews, I am so glad I did! Dr. Borgas gave us the most thorough and accurate evaluation of my child with ADHD that we’ve ever had. We’ve had a couple neuropsych evaluations over the years and this is the only one that has made sense and that I can confidently say accurately reflects my child. I can tell that Dr. Borgas took his time to assess our child and not just toss diagnoses out there without thoroughly vetting and understanding the young individual sitting across from him. I appreciate his time and attention to detail. Thank you Dr. Borgas!

Went to saible about a year ago and just felt judged/ humiliated the whole time. Left the place in tears. Dr. Saible laughed at me for answering a question wrong. Eventually, received my results with no further instruction or recommendation. I was yelled at for not filling out paper work before I got there which I was never sent. She eventually admitted that the front desk has received multiple complaints of paper work not being emailed prior to appointment. The whole process really discouraged me from finding the help I needed. I have now been with a new doctor who recognizes that to be a very inappropriate way to treat patients.

I had a very disappointing experience with Saible Neuropsychology. It took several weeks to receive my results, despite my repeated calls and willingness to pay the $30 copay immediately and expressed urgency due to a follow up appointment with another physician. The "required follow-up" appointment with Dr. Dede to obtain my results felt unnecessary and seemed designed solely to generate additional billing. Everything discussed in the follow-up could have easily been reviewed by myself from the written report or reviewed by my own physician. To add to my frustration, I later received an email from billing for the follow-up appointment coded as a therapy session — even though no therapy services were provided and the appointment lasted less than an hour. This feels misleading and inappropriate and further suggests that the follow-up was. Overall, I would not recommend this practice. The poor communication, unnecessary appointments, and questionable billing practices do not inspire trust. I hope they reconsider how they handle patient care and billing in the future.

I was referred by my primary Dr & by my current school to get evaluated. The person doing the evaluations was really good. However, it's been a pain getting my results so I am not stuck and can take steps to get the results to my school & primary Dr to figure out next steps. Evaluation was completed. Follow up/results was supposed to be 2 weeks later with the Dr saying my results would be sent over email later in the week & to my primary Dr. The problem is, it has been over 2 weeks after the results/follow up appointment. I called this morning, but don't get any update on when my results/official diagnosis will be sent to me. The person that answers the phone just says they will send a note to the Dr & it should show up in my email. I keep checking my email & the spam. So far nothing & no email response to their email on their website. Really nervous if I'll ever get my results. School & my Dr keep asking me for my results. Update: I finally got my results with only half of the diagnosis. The results were completely different from what we talked about on the follow up appointment. It's like someone else wrote up the results or confused me with another patient, most of what I talked about with Dr. Dede was inaccurate and completely different results we talked about. Cannot seem to get a call back or an answer as to why my paperwork/results are so inaccurate and different from what Dr Dede went over in the follow up appointment. This is frustrating, not to mention I might have someone else's paperwork/results and cannot get ahold of anyone.
