This place is a ghost town.

I am so grateful for her thorough evaluations of my son. It has helped us understand his diagnosis and how to set him up for success.

Great experience with Dr Bale. She was very detailed and knowledgeable.

Had our son re-evaluated starting in March of 2024. It was supposed to be three total sessions. Another session had to be added, in order to accommodate the full testing regime. Four total sessions. I was told that this was necessary, due to time constraints. We had scheduled a zoom meeting in order to discuss the testing results in April. Waited on the zoom meeting for 20 minutes, without anyone being there. No follow up emails received. Called and left several messages. Not a single call was returned. On 7/16/24 I drove out to the location and discovered that the office had since moved. I found out the new location and went into the office. I spoke with Dr. Thomas directly, she didn't have the report completed. (Now I understand why she wasn't at the zoom meeting.) Dr. Thomas assured me that the report would be completed and delivered by the end of the day, or at the latest the following day 7/17/24. I did not receive an email letting me know that there was a delay, nothing, no communication. The morning of 7/18/24 sent an email asking if she could please send the report asap. No response. I drove out to the office again at 12pm. Waited in the waiting area for an hour (no one was working at the reception desk). Finally, I spoke to someone and they were more concerned with their patient and didn't want to address my concerns. I then explained that I would like to talk with Dr. Thomas as I've now driven out here twice, this week and waited in the waiting area for the better part of an hour. She then says, "well no one told you to drive out here". After discussing the challenges associated with getting the report, the person begrudgingly got Dr. Thomas. I was greeted by Dr. Thomas, first with a scolding, that I was interrupting her session. I explained that I still hadn't received the report that was promised. I explained that I sent an email that went unanswered this morning. Dr. Thomas said that she would have this report completed by the end of the day. During this conversation, I was cut-off numerous times while trying to ask questions. Dr. Thomas scrambled for an excuse as to why it wasn't done. They had zero concerns about my child, or their obligations. They were more concerned with their "current" patients. I cannot understand how an organization could operate in this fashion. As many reviewers have suggested previously, this organization miss-represents what they provide and fails to provide testing results that they were paid for. This constitutes fraud. They will assure you that they will provide the results. When they fail to provide them, they will then shift blame and make it seem as if you're in the wrong. Unbelievable. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce and with the DCCA professional and vocational licensing division. I encourage all that have been similarly affected, to do the same.

It took me a long time to get an appointment. No one answers the phone and no voicemail is set up. Someone responded to my online inquiry only by email and after a few months from my initial inquiry, I finally got an appointment. I spent 6+ hours there doing tests. A month later, no report, no next steps or recommendations and they are unreachable. The test seemed legit as it had the standard things in it. I am wondering if this is a scam as several other reviews suggest. UPDATE - I EMAILED THEM AND FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK AND SET MY APPOINTMENT TO GO OVER MY TEST. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND LEGIT BUT MAYBE SHORT STAFFED ON THE ADMIN SIDE OF THINGS BUT OVERALL, I AM HAPPY WITH THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS - TESTING AND REVIEWING THE RESULTS.

All the previous reviews of undergoing testing and never receiving any report whatsoever are spot on correct. Very obnoxious and unprofessional given that the exam and examiner herself seemed legit. That is until you ask for results and you either get no response or some bs reason why "it'll just be a little while longer, we've been short-staffed". Over a year later and still nothing. These people are an absolute scam, not to mention INSURANCE FRAUD. I would love to find even one person that got results to find out what sort of necromancy they performed to get Sakura Center to actually do the job they were paid for. 0/5 stars for me.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a three month evaluation in 2021, was promised a report within 30 days after my last appointment, and still haven’t received it a year and a half later. They ignore my phone calls and emails, and ignored my current counselor’s phone calls. Why can none of us get our reports after such an in-depth evaluation process?

3 off island days of testing, ground transport, air fare, lodging. We showed up to the center from the airport....for supposed six hours of testing. No water, no plumbing no bathrooms. Same thing next day. Third day okay. Zoom report to parent, rescheduled on their end. Finally, very brief Zoom with Dr. Bale. Apparently my downs daughter has an overlap of autism. But I call every Monday and Thursday to request a report, I also email.

My child has seen Dr Bale for many years, doing both assessments and therapy. As parents we were very happy with the reports and assessments. When we took the assessments to apply to ABA facilities, they all complimented the thoroughness of the assessment. Dr Bale has such a great rapport and built trust with my child. We are grateful for her work.
