I like her I had alot of anxiety my first day seeing her,but she seems to really care about people not just a paycheck. Thank you

I went to the dentist here after hearing good things from my family members. The staff is so helpful and friendly downstairs, they made me feel extremely comfortable and got me taken care of right away. A+ in my book. Kind clean facility.

We have come to this office from the day my son had his very first appointment, he is nearly 2 and they still get his gender wrong. The staff at the front are very rude, have no compassion and would rather see a patient walk away then to try and be helpful. They are never willing to schedule all of my children on one day there is only 4 of them, which I bring to every appointment either way since I have no one else to watch the other 2. Their excuse is always They have to make sure there is time for other patients to be seen which would make sense if it wasn't for the fact that my children are also patients needing to be seen. I had appointment for 2 of my children one at 11:20 the other at 11:40... therefore they have a 20 minute allotment for one child, which we never take that full amount of time since I mainly bring them in to get weighed and get their heights and for their lungs to be listened to other than that we generally have no concerns or questions. They have a 5 minute late policy... most places are 15 minutes, it takes me nearly 5 minutes to get my kids out of the car, walk all the way inside and then to have to wait for someone to even acknowledge my presence. They said they already marked my son as a no show because it was past the 5 minutes and they would only be able to see the one child who's appointment wouldnt have even started for another 15 minutes. The receptionist said she would call the back to see of they would be willing to see both and as soon as she picked up the phone said "only the one, thats what I thought"... I just canceled my other child's appointment because my other child is the type that if she doesn't do something with someone else she is afraid to do it at all... since they were unwilling to just weigh my son and get his height, there was no point. Also this was only a general yearly checkup, nothing special to it at all. They didnt care that was only 5 minutes late, they didnt care that we have been coming for a while now, they didnt care that I recommend other people to the doctor, they didnt care that we dont take very long in the back, they have a 5 minute policy but constantly have patients waiting over 15 minutes in the waiting room where if your just there for a yearly checkup your sitting with people who are actually sick. Over all really bad experience this week and I will not be returning, I have also already talked to the people I recommend, and they have decided to no longer go here either. Advice: Train your staff to be a little kinder and compassionate especially to pregnant moms lugging in more than one child from their parking lot which most times is full and you have to park elsewhere

I seen a new dr as mine was out , she made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. I was very nervous about a new dr for no reason😌Thanks for all your staff does to help the community
