Beautiful hospital with friendly and accommodating staff and volunteers including Alma at the front information center

I had been sick for a month, went to regional several times to be pushed off and sent home. I drove to Wesley in Wichita and have been admitted to the hospital as they check for answers finally! Do NOT go regional! Drive that hour and save your own life honestly!

You don’t get real care until you move up in the hospital or you are almost dead. Then left with ridiculous medical bill, I rather drive to the nearest ascensions

How long does it take to get a CT scan done at SRHC? Do they have to warm it up or do they not have someone on site? Oh....they're just behind on the CT's. Can't they just do an assembly line like they do when you have a colonoscopy? In and out real fast with a rotating door.

Called with a question, they were unable to answer which is fine. But they literally hung up on me as I was thinking for another question or possible solution for my problem. There wasn’t even a goodbye. That was incredibly rude.

First, I am surprised at the ratings here. I have lived in Salina for 20 years. My family never had a problem with Salina Regional Healthcare, hospital. We had lots of surgeries and care here. Recently, we had a relative in the hospital for almost 2 months. Each shift, each medical staff was great. Our relative was well care for and never had a complaint. And neither did the family. We worked with one of the best case managers and supervisor ever. Every hospital was hit hard during covid and many medical staff that cared for others lost their life as well. Salina Regional Healthcare Center has recovered well to provide the care we need. I see many patients complain about their wait in the ER. We have had waits as well but we have never been ignored or rushed when the ER doctor explains what has happened and the best way of care, plus they listen to our questions and explained fully what was happening and what was needed. SRHC in our family book, deserves more than a 5 star. Thank you SRHC, we appreciate you! M.Rich

Go to Wichita or Mowery! Save yourself the hassle! These people only care about their egos and what they look life!!! The lives of sick patients, they care nothing for. WHY GET INTO HEALTHCARE IF YOU ONLY TREAT CERTAIN PEOPLE WITH RESPECT?!? Disgusting!!! Maybe higher ups need to add “how to treat people who are sick” classes! You don’t get to choose who to help!
