Amazing experience at Sallyz. My grandchild has been with this program until he was able to go to a regular school. The staff were very helpful .They are highly skilled and trained to help your child reach their goals. I would highly recommend.
Amazing place quite, clean and amazing 😍
We had an overall great experience with this program. In the year and a half my son attended he made great progress. The BCBA we had was responsive and the programs done were successful. The Techs were all good and my son is going to miss his two favorites! The only reason we have for leaving is that we are changing insurance and our schedule changed. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
Very unprofessional. I’ve been promised a call back each time I call and no one has ever called. Even went as far as stopping by in person to speak with someone and was promised a call back, it never happened. I saw a few toddlers there and I wonder how they were able to get started giving the unresponsive nature of the staff here, maybe they only want to deal with young toddlers but if that’s the case they can just say that instead of wasting ppls time.
People seem experienced at this center as opposed to different centers I have experienced in this state. They seem to be more experienced with this type of work and caring about their clients and families that they work for.
Sallyz is a great facility for providing ABA therapy to autistic children. The whole team is passionate about providing exceptional care and helping their families. Highly recommend!
I wanted to write this review, because it’s my honest opinion, and my own experiences with sallyz aba. I’ve called sallyz and asked to be put on waitlist with them since their older location back in 2022. I had a tour of the older location when there was the OT who left due to maternity (I don’t remember her name). I finally heard from Sallyz beginning of nov 2023 from Alison Regan via email. I did all the paperwork for intake and had an assessment done in their new location. I felt like it went alright, I wasn’t in love, but I had to keep my options open for my son. ABA is not for everyone and if you are an involved parent you know it’s difficult anywhere to get in. I was told someone will contact me with further instructions. Here where it gets messy, sallyz have no problem setting up an appt for an assessment to get paid but has no availability to cater to your child. I was told there would be an opening “soon” Boy! It’s hard to get ahold of anyone that works there. Even if you call the number the receptionist just “writes your message down but who knows if it gets to the right person” I finally get a call from a lady name Nikki is the director of sallyz who answered a few questions I had. Told me that someone will call me back with further instructions and go over the assessment of what my son would qualify for services with them. I HEARD NOTHING from them. I message Alison back wondering what’s going on and will I ever get a call back?!?!?! Nikki the director calls me in Jan I let her know about my concerns. She told me give it time and someone will call me back in 2 weeks. Guess what we are at the end of March and I haven’t heard anything until I sent a message to Alison stating how they are unprofessional and just ghost people. Why do people work or open up clinics and don’t really love what they do? You have no problem billing the insurance for services or assessment but don’t do anything else. I advocate for my child and will always say what’s on my mind. Why did I get a phone call that I sent her straight to voicemail last week? Yeah no, tell me something I want to hear? You guys suck, don’t give a damn about your job, and potential clients. I would stay away, parents send their kids to these clinics bc they have no choice. I have a choice and if I can’t even get ahold of you to talk. How can I trust leaving my only child there? Please please don’t get this place a try, so many new workers, and no one knows what they are doing. They are disorganize, I advise you to please STAY AWAY. When Alison and Nikki reads this, you know exactly who I am, if not now you know it’s me Anny!
We love it here, my nephew has been going here for about a year now, the staff is very welcoming, friendly and very experienced. The progress my nephew has made is just simply amazing, his speech has improved tremendously, he cant wait to bust through those doors in mornings. We appreciate everyone for their hard work .
