We absolutely love our team at SDOT! My son has made great strides because of Neka, Eliza, Veronica and Sam. They take the time to understand who my child is and incorporate that into his therapies.

We love SDOT! The evaluation process was super smooth, scheduling a breeze, and we are happy with all of his providers - Holly, Gabby, Eliza, Sierra and Veronica. A big thank you to all of them for all they do to help our son learn and grow.

I am forever grateful for taking my children to San Diego Occupational therapy. We’ve been coming for a year now and everyone on our team is amazing and passionate and really cares about both my kids. One of my children has sensory issues and especially struggled with eating the majority of foods, but with the feeding therapy administered by Sam and Shannon she’s now enthusiastic about trying new foods and eating regularly. It’s been a complete life-saver. She’s also gone from completely disregulated to happy and calm and able to express herself. My other daughter works with Jess and Kneka on emotional regulation and expression as well as executive functioning. She’s learning by making fun obstacle courses in their amazing gym, talking about feelings and managing them and learning to identify her needs in order to be able to regulate. I can’t say enough good things about SDOT and our team.

We have been with SDOT for well over a year now and absolutely love every therapist there! My three year old has worked with feeding, speech, and OT off and on throughout his time there and has come so far with his goals since starting. Everyone is so down to earth and truly cares for each individual child that comes to SDOT. We are so thankful for SDOT and for providing the services our child needed to thrive and grow.

San Diego Occupational Therapy has been a godsend in our lives. We started coming over three years ago when our r child needed feeding therapy. From there our oldest started attending, we began speech, physical therapy and overall support for our kids and family. I have not had a single therapist needing anything short of amazing. They treat every kids kindly and are enthusiastic to see them all. They’ve supported our kids starting school and the challenges that come with that, they’ve been there through new babies and deaths in the family. My children’s schedules and self Regulation are noticeably worse when we miss a session. The office staff-especially Jeni juggle it all flawlessly. When dealing with neurodivergent children and the stressors in the families lives, having a team of people like SDOT is invaluable. We travel 2 hours round trip 2 times a week, because there is no facility or staff that compares. The gym is incredible. Our kids need a lot of heavy sensory input, with a ball pit, zip line, rock wall, trampoline, swings there is always a new exciting way to help them get that input while they also work on the other pieces. I will continue to recommend SDOT to everyone I meet. We have had so many amazing therapists during our time here. Currently my children see kat and Eliza for speech and they have made amazing progress. They are engaging and my kids don’t even realize they are doing therapy. They also see holly, jess, kneka, Lidia, for OT and feeding therapy. Seeing the care and love the therapists pour into my kids, and how they tailor every session to their current interests and struggles shows me how much they care. We are at 5 years of being patients here and are still just as happy.

As a military family we’ve experienced a lot of care providers and the team at SDOT is in a completely different league. Between my 3 kids we’ve been coming here for over 6 years and have only wonderful things to say about the different OTs, PTs, and SLPs we’ve had the opportunity to work with. SDOT does an amazing job of pairing each kid with a provider that will bring out the best in the child. Because of this my kids are always excited to come to OT. As a mom I’m forever grateful for SDOT because through their support with early intervention my children are absolutely thriving. It was also a huge blessing they take Tricare.

We are so grateful for Dr. Stephanie, who worked with our newborn son on bottle feeding. From the very first session, she was incredibly patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step and taught us practical techniques we could use at home. Our son made steady progress thanks to her guidance and compassionate care. You can truly tell Dr. Stephanie loves what she does and genuinely cares about helping little ones thrive. We can't recommend San Diego Occupational Therapy enough!
