This company has treated me so unethical that it makes me upset writing this. My last alcohol use was in 2012. I enrolled 2020 for a dui from 2008 that i hadnt been able to clear being I worked n lived in PA. I was discharged at risk for having suboxone in my system without no DE prescription yet. So i go back in 2023, i do IOP 4 days a week. Clean every test, activity invovled in groups, meetings ect. So my last class July 17, 2023, i was told by Deb my counselor, Nina Lopez would reach out n schedule my discharge session. Month or so as i myself couldn't get ahold of Nina. Once i did she told me she couldnt find my record in their basement being it so old of an dui. Ok, n she had no answers for me as a discrepancy had came up which no one solved for me. Needless to say after waiting over a year just for them to let DmV know i completed the program, they now are again discharging me at risk with no basis. I dont drink or do drugs, I have 2 kids, i work which is hard without my Drivers license, yet Ive continue to stay strong n sober! Myself n insurance has paid out around 10,000 dollars to this company, and they told me if i wanted to do the iop with them again i could. So please stay away from this place they r trying to commit fraud by trying to make me redo the program I completed.
