Services are okay. Medical billing is a nightmare :( So many errors and long waiting time to get response.
My kids have been with Sandbox since before they were Sandbox. We've had many amazing therapists and some that are not the right fit but still great. I'm frustrated as most recently all 3 of their psychotherapists moved on at essentially the same time (and that happens, therapists move on), but we were left with 3 kids with anxiety and on the autism spectrum with no psychotherapy support. This was a couple months ago. No one from Sandbox has called to say they've found replacements for any of the kids even though they said they were working on us and had us in their minds. I'm so disappointed after the many years we've given to Sandbox. We feel abandoned. I guess as long as they have people to fill the slots they don't care about long term patients.
Friendly staff. Knowledgeable therapists. We have been working with Sandbox Therapy Group since they opened and have been very happy.
