Dan Fast, the clinical director, is a clear communicator and good listener. He was professional and personable as he worked with us to find a solution. He also communicated expectations well and answered our questions phenomenally. The therapist we worked with was not a good fit and caused additional issues for our family, but she no longer works there. Communication with insurance is awful and can be very misleading. I recommend checking your bill your very first appointment, and it may take two months to get a final quote from insurance. However, I am quite impressed with their process of working out a payment plan.
